4Becauseמֵאֲשֶׁ֨רme.'a.SherH834you are preciousיָקַ֧רְתָּya.Kar.taH3365and honoredנִכְבַּ֖דְתָּnikh.Bad.taH3513in My sightבְעֵינַ֛יve.'ei.NaiH5869,and because Iוַאֲנִ֣יva.'a.NiH589love youאֲהַבְתִּ֑יךָ'a.hav.Ti.khaH157,I will giveוְאֶתֵּ֤ןve.'e.TenH5414menאָדָם֙'a.DamH120in exchange for youתַּחְתֶּ֔יךָtach.Tei.khaH8478and nationsוּלְאֻמִּ֖יםu.le.'u.MimH3816in place ofתַּ֥חַתTa.chatH8478your lifeנַפְשֶֽׁךָ׃naf.She.khaH5315.

5Do notאַל־'al-H408be afraidתִּירָ֖אti.Ra'H3372,forכִּ֣יkiH3588Iאָ֑נִי'A.niH589am with youאִתְּךָ־'i.te.kha-H854;I will bringאָבִ֣יא'a.Vi'H935your offspringזַרְעֶ֔ךָzar.'E.khaH2233from the eastמִמִּזְרָח֙mi.miz.RachH4217and gather youאֲקַבְּצֶֽךָּ׃'a.ka.be.Tze.kaH6908from the westוּמִֽמַּעֲרָ֖בu.mi.ma.'a.RavH4628.

6I will sayאֹמַ֤ר'o.MarH559to the northלַצָּפוֹן֙la.tza.fOnH6828, ‘Give them upתֵּ֔נִיTe.niH5414!’and to the southוּלְתֵימָ֖ןu.le.tei.ManH8486, ‘Do notאַל־'al-H408hold them backתִּכְלָ֑אִיtikh.La.'iH3607!’Bringהָבִ֤יאִיha.Vi.'iH935My sonsבָנַי֙va.NaiH1121from afarמֵרָח֔וֹקme.ra.ChokH7350,and My daughtersוּבְנוֹתַ֖יu.ve.no.TaiH1323from the endsמִקְצֵ֥הmik.TzehH7097of the earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776—

7everyoneכֹּ֚לkolH3605calledהַנִּקְרָ֣אha.nik.Ra'H7121by My nameבִשְׁמִ֔יvish.MiH8034and createdבְּרָאתִ֑יוbe.ra.TivH1254for My gloryוְלִכְבוֹדִ֖יve.likh.vo.DiH3519,whom I have indeed formedיְצַרְתִּ֖יו אַף־ye.tzar.Tiv 'af-H3335 H637andmadeעֲשִׂיתִֽיו׃'a.si.TivH6213.”

8Bring outהוֹצִ֥יאho.Tzi'H3318a peopleעַם־'am-H5971who haveיֵ֑שׁYeshH3426eyesוְעֵינַ֣יִםve.'ei.Na.yimH5869but are blindעִוֵּ֖ר'i.VerH5787,and who have earsוְאָזְנַ֥יִםve.'a.ze.Na.yimH241but are deafוְחֵרְשִׁ֖יםve.che.re.ShimH2795.

9Allכָּֽל־kal-H3605the nationsהַגּוֹיִ֞םha.go.YimH1471gatherנִקְבְּצ֣וּnik.be.TzuH6908togetherיַחְדָּ֗וyach.DavH3162and the peoplesלְאֻמִּ֔יםle.'u.MimH3816assembleוְיֵאָֽסְפוּ֙ve.ye.'a.se.FuH622.Whoמִ֤יmiH4310among themcan declareיַגִּ֣ידya.GidH5046thisזֹ֔אתZotH2063,and proclaim to usיַשְׁמִיעֻ֑נוּyash.mi.'U.nuH8085the former thingsוְרִֽאשֹׁנ֖וֹתve.ri.sho.NotH7223?Let them presentיִתְּנ֤וּyi.te.NuH5414their witnessesעֵֽדֵיהֶם֙'e.dei.HemH5707to vindicate themוְיִצְדָּ֔קוּve.yitz.Da.kuH6663,so that others may hearוְיִשְׁמְע֖וּve.yish.me.'UH8085and sayוְיֹאמְר֥וּve.yo.me.RuH559, “It is trueאֱמֶֽת׃'e.MetH571.”

10“Youאַתֶּ֤ם'a.TemH859are My witnessesעֵדַי֙'e.DaiH5707,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “and My servantוְעַבְדִּ֖יve.'av.DiH5650whomאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834I have chosenבָּחָ֑רְתִּיba.Cha.re.tiH977,so thatלְמַ֣עַןle.Ma.'anH4616you may considerתֵּ֠דְעוּTe.de.'uH3045and believeוְתַאֲמִ֨ינוּve.ta.'a.Mi.nuH539Meand understandוְתָבִ֙ינוּ֙ve.ta.Vi.nuH995thatכִּֽי־ki-H3588Iאֲנִ֣י'a.NiH589am Heה֔וּאHu'H1931.Before Meלְפָנַי֙le.fa.NaiH6440noלֹא־lo'-H3808godאֵ֔ל'ElH410was formedנ֣וֹצַרNo.tzarH3335,and after Meוְאַחֲרַ֖יve.'a.cha.RaiH310noneלֹ֥אlo'H3808will comeיִהְיֶֽה׃ סyih.YehH1961.

11Iאָנֹכִ֥י'a.no.KhiH595,yes Iאָנֹכִ֖י'a.no.KhiH595,am the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,and there is noוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369Saviorמוֹשִֽׁיעַ׃mo.Shi.a'H3467but Meמִבַּלְעָדַ֖יmi.bal.'a.DaiH1107.

12Iאָנֹכִ֞י'a.no.KhiH595alone decreedהִגַּ֤דְתִּיhi.Gad.tiH5046and savedוְהוֹשַׁ֙עְתִּי֙ve.ho.Sha'.tiH3467and proclaimedוְהִשְׁמַ֔עְתִּיve.hish.Ma'.tiH8085— I,and notוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369some foreign godזָ֑רZarH2114among you.So youוְאַתֶּ֥םve.'a.TemH859are My witnessesעֵדַ֛י'e.DaiH5707,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, “that Iוַֽאֲנִי־va.'a.ni-H589am Godאֵֽל׃'ElH410.

13Evenגַּם־gam-H1571from eternityמִיּוֹם֙mi.yOmH3117Iאֲנִ֣י'a.NiH589amHeה֔וּאHu'H1931,and noneוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369can deliverמַצִּ֑ילma.TzilH5337out of My handמִיָּדִ֖יmi.ya.DiH3027.When I actאֶפְעַ֖ל'ef.'AlH6466,whoוּמִ֥יu.MiH4310can reverse itיְשִׁיבֶֽנָּה׃ סye.shi.Ve.nahH7725?”

14Thusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saysאָמַ֧ר'a.MarH559the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068your Redeemerגֹּאַלְכֶ֖םgo.'al.KhemH1350,the Holyקְד֣וֹשׁke.Do.oshH6918One of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478: “For your sakeלְמַעַנְכֶ֞םle.ma.'an.KhemH4616,I will sendשִׁלַּ֣חְתִּיshi.Lach.tiH7971to Babylonבָבֶ֗לָהva.Ve.lahH894and bring themוְהוֹרַדְתִּ֤יve.ho.rad.TiH3381allכֻּלָּ֔םku.LamH3605as fugitivesבָֽרִיחִים֙va.ri.ChimH1281,even the Chaldeansוְכַשְׂדִּ֖יםve.khas.DimH3778,in the shipsבָּאֳנִיּ֥וֹתbo.'o.ni.YotH591in which they rejoiceרִנָּתָֽם׃ri.na.TamH7440.
