3The peoplesעַמִּ֑ים'a.MimH5971fleeנָדְד֖וּna.de.DuH5074the thunderהָמ֔וֹןha.MonH1995of Your voiceמִקּ֣וֹלmi.KolH6963;the nationsגּוֹיִֽם׃go.YimH1471scatterנָפְצ֖וּna.fe.TzuH5310when You riseמֵר֣וֹמְמֻתֶ֔ךָme.Ro.mu.Te.khaH7427.

4Your spoilשְׁלַלְכֶ֔םshe.lal.KhemH7998, O nations,is gatheredוְאֻסַּ֣ףve.'u.SafH622as by locustsאֹ֖סֶף הֶֽחָסִ֑יל'O.sef he.cha.SilH2625 H625;like a swarmכְּמַשַּׁ֥קke.ma.ShakH4944of locustsגֵּבִ֖יםge.VimH1357men sweepשׁוֹקֵ֥קsho.KekH8264over it.

7Beholdהֵ֚ןhenH2005,their valiant onesאֶרְאֶלָּ֔ם'er.'e.LamH691cry aloudצָעֲק֖וּtza.'a.KuH6817in the streetsחֻ֑צָהChu.tzahH2351;the envoysמַלְאֲכֵ֣יmal.'a.KheiH4397of peaceשָׁל֔וֹםsha.LomH7965weepיִבְכָּיֽוּן׃yiv.ka.YunH1058bitterlyמַ֖רmarH4751.

8The highwaysמְסִלּ֔וֹתme.si.LotH4546are desertedנָשַׁ֣מּוּna.Sha.muH8074;travelעֹבֵ֣ר אֹ֑רַח'o.Ver 'O.rachH5674 H734has ceasedשָׁבַ֖תsha.VatH7673.The treatyבְּרִית֙be.RitH1285has been brokenהֵפֵ֤רhe.FerH6565,the witnessesעָרִ֔ים'a.RimH5892are despisedמָאַ֣סma.'AsH3988,and human lifeלֹ֥אlo'H3808is disregardedחָשַׁ֖ב אֱנֽוֹשׁ׃cha.Shav 'e.No.oshH2803 H582.

9The landאָ֔רֶץ'A.retzH776mournsאָבַ֤ל'a.ValH56andlanguishesאֻמְלְלָה֙'um.le.LahH535;Lebanonלְבָנ֖וֹןle.va.NonH3844is ashamedהֶחְפִּ֥ירhech.PirH2659and decayedקָמַ֑לka.MalH7060.Sharonהַשָּׁרוֹן֙ha.sha.rOnH8289isהָיָ֤הha.YahH1961like a desertכָּֽעֲרָבָ֔הka.'a.ra.VahH6160;Bashanבָּשָׁ֖ןba.ShanH1316and Carmelוְכַרְמֶֽל׃ve.khar.MelH3760shake off their leavesוְנֹעֵ֥רve.no.'ErH5287.

10“Nowעַתָּ֥ה'a.TahH6258I will ariseאָק֖וּם'a.KumH6965,”saysיֹאמַ֣רyo.MarH559the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068. “Nowעַתָּה֙'a.TahH6258I will lift Myself upאֵֽרוֹמָ֔ם'e.ro.MamH7311.Nowעַתָּ֖ה'a.TahH6258I will be exaltedאֶנָּשֵֽׂא׃'e.na.Se'H5375.

11You conceiveתַּהֲר֥וּta.ha.RuH2029chaffחֲשַׁ֖שׁcha.ShashH2842;you give birth toתֵּ֣לְדוּTe.le.duH3205stubbleקַ֑שׁKashH7179.Your breathרוּחֲכֶ֕םru.cha.KhemH7307is a fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784that will consume youתֹּאכַלְכֶֽם׃to.khal.KhemH398.

12The peoplesעַמִּ֖ים'a.MimH5971will beוְהָי֥וּve.ha.YuH1961burnedמִשְׂרְפ֣וֹתmis.re.FotH4955to ashesשִׂ֑ידSidH7875,like thornsקוֹצִ֥יםko.TzimH6975cut downכְּסוּחִ֖יםke.su.ChimH3683and setיִצַּֽתּוּ׃ סyi.Tza.tuH3341ablazeבָּאֵ֥שׁba.'EshH784.

13You who are far offרְחוֹקִ֖יםre.cho.KimH7350,hearשִׁמְע֥וּshim.'UH8085whatאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834I have doneעָשִׂ֑יתִי'a.Si.tiH6213;you who are nearקְרוֹבִ֖יםke.ro.VimH7138,acknowledgeוּדְע֥וּu.de.'UH3045My mightגְּבֻרָתִֽי׃ge.vu.ra.TiH1369.”
