2O Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068,be graciousחָנֵּ֖נוּcha.Ne.nuH2603to us; we havewaitedקִוִּ֑ינוּki.Vi.nuH6960for You. Be theirstrengthזְרֹעָם֙ze.ro.'AmH2220every morningלַבְּקָרִ֔יםla.be.ka.RimH1242,Our salvationיְשׁוּעָתֵ֖נוּye.shu.'a.Te.nuH3444alsoאַף־'af-H637in thetimeבְּעֵ֥תbe.'EtH6256of distressצָרָֽה׃tza.RahH6869.

4Your spoilשְׁלַלְכֶ֔םshe.lal.KhemH7998is gatheredוְאֻסַּ֣ףve.'u.SafH622asthe caterpillarהֶֽחָסִ֑ילhe.cha.SilH2625gathersאֹ֖סֶף'O.sefH625;As locustsH1361rushingH4944aboutH4944men rushשׁוֹקֵ֥קsho.KekH8264aboutH8264on it.

5The Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068isexaltedנִשְׂגָּ֣בnis.GavH7682,for He dwellsשֹׁכֵ֖ןsho.KhenH7931on highמָר֑וֹםma.RomH4791; He hasfilledמִלֵּ֣אmi.Le'H4390Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726with justiceמִשְׁפָּ֖טmish.PatH4941and righteousnessוּצְדָקָֽה׃u.tze.da.KahH6666.

8The highwaysמְסִלּ֔וֹתme.si.LotH4546are desolateנָשַׁ֣מּוּna.Sha.muH8074, thetravelerעֹבֵ֣ר'o.VerH5674has ceasedשָׁבַ֖תsha.VatH7673, He hasbrokenהֵפֵ֤רhe.FerH6565the covenantבְּרִית֙be.RitH1285,he has despisedמָאַ֣סma.'AsH3988the citiesעָרִ֔ים'a.RimH5892,He has noלֹ֥אlo'H3808regardחָשַׁ֖בcha.ShavH2803for manאֱנֽוֹשׁ׃'e.No.oshH582.

9The landאָ֔רֶץ'A.retzH776mournsאָבַ֤ל'a.ValH56andpinesH535awayH535,Lebanonלְבָנ֖וֹןle.va.NonH3844is shamedהֶחְפִּ֥ירhech.PirH2659andwithersקָמַ֑לka.MalH7060;Sharonהַשָּׁרוֹן֙ha.sha.rOnH8289is like a desertכָּֽעֲרָבָ֔הka.'a.ra.VahH6160plainH6160,And Bashanבָּשָׁ֖ןba.ShanH1316and Carmelוְכַרְמֶֽל׃ve.khar.MelH3760loseוְנֹעֵ֥רve.no.'ErH5287their foliage.

10“Nowעַתָּ֥ה'a.TahH6258I will ariseאָק֖וּם'a.KumH6965,”saysיֹאמַ֣רyo.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “Nowעַתָּה֙'a.TahH6258I will be exaltedH7426,nowעַתָּ֖ה'a.TahH6258I will be liftedאֶנָּשֵֽׂא׃'e.na.Se'H5375up.

11You haveconceivedתַּהֲר֥וּta.ha.RuH2029chaffחֲשַׁ֖שׁcha.ShashH2842,you will giveתֵּ֣לְדוּTe.le.duH3205birthH3205to stubbleקַ֑שׁKashH7179; Mybreathרוּחֲכֶ֕םru.cha.KhemH7307will consumeתֹּאכַלְכֶֽם׃to.khal.KhemH398you like a fireאֵ֖שׁ'eshH784.

12The peoplesעַמִּ֖ים'a.MimH5971will be burnedמִשְׂרְפ֣וֹתmis.re.FotH4955to limeשִׂ֑ידSidH7875,Like cutכְּסוּחִ֖יםke.su.ChimH3683thornsקוֹצִ֥יםko.TzimH6975which are burnedיִצַּֽתּוּ׃ סyi.Tza.tuH3341in the fireבָּאֵ֥שׁba.'EshH784.

13“You whoH7350are farH7350awayH7350,hearשִׁמְע֥וּshim.'UH8085whatאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834I have doneעָשִׂ֑יתִי'a.Si.tiH6213;And you whoH7138are nearH7138,acknowledgeוּדְע֥וּu.de.'UH3045My mightגְּבֻרָתִֽי׃ge.vu.ra.TiH1369.”

14Sinnersחַטָּאִ֔יםcha.ta.'ImH2400in Zionבְצִיּוֹן֙ve.tzi.yOnH6726are terrifiedפָּחֲד֤וּpa.cha.DuH6342;Tremblingרְעָדָ֖הre.'a.DahH7461has seizedאָחֲזָ֥ה'a.cha.ZahH270the godlessחֲנֵפִ֑יםcha.ne.FimH2611. “Whoמִ֣י׀miH4310among us can liveיָג֣וּרya.GurH1481withthe consumingאוֹכֵלָ֔ה'o.khe.LahH398fireאֵ֚שׁ'eshH784?Whoמִי־mi-H4310among us can liveיָג֥וּרya.GurH1481withcontinualעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769burningמוֹקְדֵ֥יmok.DeiH4168?”
