9כִּ֣יkiH3588Theseה֔וּאHu'H1931are rebelliousמְרִי֙me.RiH4805peopleעַ֤ם'amH5971,deceitfulכֶּחָשִׁ֑יםke.cha.ShimH3586childrenבָּנִ֖יםba.NimH1121,childrenבָּנִ֕יםba.NimH1121unwillingלֹֽא־ אָב֥וּlo'- 'a.VuH3808H14to obeyשְׁמ֖וֹעַshe.Mo.a'H8085the LORD’sיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068instructionתּוֹרַ֥תto.RatH8451.
10Theyאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834sayאָמְר֤וּ'a.me.RuH559to the seersלָֽרֹאִים֙la.ro.'ImH7203, “Stopלֹ֣אlo'H3808seeing visionsתִרְא֔וּtir.'UH7200!”and to the prophetsוְלַ֣חֹזִ֔יםve.La.cho.ZimH2374, “Do notלֹ֥אlo'H3808prophesyתֶחֱזוּ־te.che.zu-H2372to usthe truthנְכֹח֑וֹתne.kho.ChotH5229!Speakדַּבְּרוּ־da.be.ru-H1696to uspleasant wordsחֲלָק֔וֹתcha.la.KotH2513;prophesyחֲז֖וּcha.ZuH2372illusionsמַהֲתַלּֽוֹת׃ma.ha.ta.LotH4123.
12Thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651this is whatכֹּ֤הkohH3541the Holyקְד֣וֹשׁke.Do.oshH6918One of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “Becauseיַ֥עַןYa.'anH3282you have rejectedמָֽאָסְכֶ֖םma.'a.se.KhemH3988thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088messageבַּדָּבָ֣רba.da.VarH1697,trustingוַֽתִּבְטְחוּ֙va.tiv.te.ChuH982in oppressionבְּעֹ֣שֶׁקbe.'O.shekH6233and relyingוַתִּֽשָּׁעֲנ֖וּva.ti.sha.'a.NuH8172on deceitוְנָל֔וֹזve.na.LozH3868עָלָֽיו׃'a.LavH5921,
13לָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thisהַזֶּ֔הha.ZehH2088iniquityהֶעָוֹ֣ןhe.'a.VonH5771of yoursיִֽהְיֶ֤הyih.YehH1961is likea breachכְּפֶ֣רֶץke.Fe.retzH6556about to failנֹפֵ֔לno.FelH5307,a bulgeנִבְעֶ֖הniv.'EhH1158in a highנִשְׂגָּבָ֑הnis.ga.VahH7682אֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834wallבְּחוֹמָ֣הbe.cho.MahH2346,whose collapseשִׁבְרָֽהּ׃shiv.RahH7667will comeיָב֥וֹאya.Vo'H935suddenlyפִּתְאֹ֥םpit.'OmH6597—in an instantלְפֶ֖תַעle.Fe.ta'H6621!
14It will breakוּ֠שְׁבָרָהּU.she.va.rahH7665in piecesכְּשֵׁ֨בֶרke.She.verH7667like a potter’sיוֹצְרִ֛יםyotz.RimH3335jarנֵ֧בֶלNe.velH5035,shatteredכָּת֖וּתka.TutH3807so that no fragmentלֹ֣א יַחְמֹ֑לlo' yach.MolH3808H2550can be foundוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808.Not a shardחֶ֔רֶשׂChe.resH2789will be foundיִמָּצֵ֤אyi.ma.Tze'H4672in the dustבִמְכִתָּתוֹ֙vim.khi.ta.ToH4386large enough to scoopלַחְתּ֥וֹתlach.TotH2846the coalsאֵשׁ֙'eshH784from a hearthמִיָּק֔וּדmi.ya.KudH3344or to skimוְלַחְשֹׂ֥ףve.lach.SofH2834the waterמַ֖יִםMa.yimH4325from a cisternמִגֶּֽבֶא׃ פmi.Ge.ve'H1360.”

16“Noלֹא־lo'-H3808,”you sayוַתֹּ֨אמְר֥וּ כִ֛יva.To.me.Ru khiH559H3588, “we will fleeנָנ֖וּסna.NusH5127onH5921horsesס֥וּסsusH5483.”Thereforeכֵּ֣ןkenH5921H3651you will fleeתְּנוּס֑וּןte.nu.SunH5127! “We will rideנִרְכָּ֔ב כֵּ֖ןnir.Kav kenH7392H5921H3651swift horsesקַ֣לkalH7031,”but your pursuersרֹדְפֵיכֶֽם׃ro.de.fei.KhemH7291will be fasterיִקַּ֥לּוּyi.Ka.luH7043.
