21Amonאָמ֣וֹן'a.MonH526was twenty-twoעֶשְׂרִ֧ים וּשְׁתַּ֛יִם'es.Rim u.she.Ta.yimH6242 H8147years oldבֶּן־ שָׁנָ֖הben- sha.NahH1121 H8141when he became kingבְּמָלְכ֑וֹbe.ma.le.KhoH4427,and he reignedמָלַ֖ךְma.LakhH4427in Jerusalemבִּֽירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃Bi.ru.sha.LimH3389twoוּשְׁתַּ֣יִםu.she.Ta.yimH8147yearsשָׁנִ֔יםsha.NimH8141.

22And he didוַיַּ֤עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213evilהָרַע֙ha.Ra'H7451in the sightבְּעֵינֵ֣יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,asכַּאֲשֶׁ֥רka.'a.SherH834his fatherאָבִ֑יו'a.VivH1Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֣הme.na.ShehH4519had doneעָשָׂ֖ה'a.SahH6213.Amonאָמ֖וֹן'a.MonH526servedוַיַּֽעַבְדֵֽם׃vai.Ya.'av.DemH5647and sacrificedזִבַּ֥חzi.BachH2076to allוּֽלְכָל־u.le.khol-H3605the idolsהַפְּסִילִ֗יםha.pe.si.LimH6456thatאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834his fatherאָבִ֔יו'a.VivH1Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֣הme.na.ShehH4519had madeעָשָׂה֙'a.SahH6213,

23but he did notוְלֹ֤אve.Lo'H3808humble himselfנִכְנַע֙nikh.Na'H3665beforeמִלִּפְנֵ֣יmi.lif.NeiH6440the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068as his fatherאָבִ֑יו'a.VivH1Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֣הme.na.ShehH4519had doneכְּהִכָּנַ֖עke.hi.ka.Na'H3665;insteadכִּ֛י ה֥וּאki hu'H3588 H1931,Amonאָמ֖וֹן'a.MonH526increasedהִרְבָּ֥הhir.BahH7235his guiltאַשְׁמָֽה׃'ash.MahH819.

24Then the servantsעֲבָדָ֔יו'a.va.DavH5650of Amonconspiredוַיִּקְשְׁר֤וּvai.yik.she.RuH7194against himעָלָיו֙'a.LavH5921and killed himוַיְמִיתֻ֖הוּvay.mi.Tu.huH4191in his palaceבְּבֵיתֽוֹ׃be.vei.ToH1004.

25But the peopleעַם־'am-H5971of the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776אֵ֥ת'etH853killedוַיַּכּוּ֙vai.ya.KuH5221allכָּל־kol-H3605thosewho had conspiredהַקֹּֽשְׁרִ֖יםha.ko.she.RimH7194againstעַל־'al-H5921Kingהַמֶּ֣לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428Amonאָמ֑וֹן'a.MonH526,and they made his sonבְנ֖וֹve.NoH1121Josiahיֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּyo.shi.Ya.huH2977kingוַיַּמְלִ֧יכוּ עַם־ הָאָ֛רֶץvai.yam.Li.khu 'am- ha.'A.retzH4427 H5971 H776אֶת־'et-H853in his placeתַּחְתָּֽיו׃ פtach.TavH8478.
