Mark 5:35-41
35While he yetG2089 spake, they comeG2064 from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, sayingG3004, Thy daughterG2364 is deadG599: whyG5101 troublest thou the TeacherG1320 any further? 36But JesusG2424, not heeding the wordG3056 spokenG2980, saith unto the ruler of the synagogueG752, FearG5399 not, onlyG3440 believeG4100. 37And he suffered no man to follow with him, save PeterG4074, and JamesG2385, and JohnG2491 the brotherG80 of JamesG2385. 38And they comeG2064 to the houseG3624 of the ruler of the synagogueG752; and he beholdeth a tumult, and manyG4183 weepingG2799 and wailing greatly. 39And when he was enteredG1525 in, he saith unto them, WhyG5101 make ye a tumult, and weepG2799? the childG3813 is not deadG599, but sleepeth. 40And they laughed him to scorn. But he, having putG1544 them all forth, taketh the fatherG3962 of the childG3813 and her motherG3384 and them that wereG1510 with him, and goeth in whereG3699 the childG3813 wasG1510. 41And takingG2902 the childG3813 by the handG5495, he saith unto her, Talitha cumi; which isG1510, beingG1510 interpreted, Damsel, I sayG3004 unto thee, AriseG1453.
