7NowG1161 HerodG2264 the tetrarch heardG191 of all that was done: and he was much perplexedG1280, because that it was saidG3004 by some, that JohnG2491 was risenG1453 from the deadG3498; 8and by some, that ElijahG2243 had appearedG5316; and by othersG243, that oneG5100 of the oldG744 prophetsG4396 was risenG450 againG450. 9And HerodG2264 saidG3004, JohnG2491 I beheadedG607: but who isG1510 this, about whom I hearG191 suchG5108 thingsG3778? And he soughtG2212 to seeG3708 him.

10And the apostlesG652, when they were returnedG5290, declared unto him what things they had done. And he tookG3880 them, and withdrew apart to a cityG4172 calledG2564 BethsaidaG966.
