Leviticus 26:32-41
32And I will bring the landH776 into desolation; and your enemiesH341 that dwellH3427 therein shall be astonished at it. 33And you will I scatterH2219 among the nationsH1471, and I will draw out the swordH2719 after you: and your landH776 shall beH1961 a desolationH8077, and your citiesH5892 shall beH1961 a wasteH2723.
34ThenH227 shall the landH776 enjoy its sabbathsH7676, as long as it lieth desolateH8074, and ye are in your enemies’ landH776; even thenH227 shall the landH776 rest, and enjoy its sabbathsH7676. 35As long as it lieth desolateH8074 it shall have rest, even the rest which it had not in your sabbathsH7676, when ye dweltH3427 upon it. 36And as for them that are leftH7604 of you, I will send a faintness into their heartH3824 in the landsH776 of their enemiesH341: and the soundH6963 of a drivenH5086 leafH5929 shall chase them; and they shall fleeH5127, as one fleeth from the swordH2719; and they shall fallH5307 when none pursueth. 37And they shall stumbleH3782 oneH376 upon another, as it wereH1961 before the swordH2719, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemiesH341. 38And ye shall perishH6 among the nationsH1471, and the landH776 of your enemiesH341 shall eatH398 you up. 39And they that are leftH7604 of you shall pine awayH4743 in their iniquityH5771 in your enemies’ landsH776; and alsoH637 in the iniquitiesH5771 of their fathersH1 shall they pine awayH4743 with them.
40And they shall confessH3034 their iniquityH5771, and the iniquityH5771 of their fathersH1, in their trespass which they trespassed against me, and alsoH637 that, because they walkedH1980 contrary unto me, 41I alsoH637 walked contrary unto them, and broughtH935 them into the landH776 of their enemiesH341: if thenH227 their uncircumcisedH6189 heartH3824 be humbledH3665, and they thenH227 acceptH7521 of the punishmentH5771 of their iniquityH5771;
