2SonH1121ofmanH120,setH7760thyfaceH6440towardJerusalem,anddrop thy wordtowardthesanctuaries,andprophesyH5012againstthelandH7704ofIsrael;

3andsayH559tothelandofIsrael,ThusH3541saithJehovah:Behold,Iamagainstthee,andwilldrawforthmyswordoutofitssheath,andwillcutofffromtheetherighteousandthewicked.

4SeeingH7200thenthatIwillcut offfromtheetherighteousandthewicked,thereforeshallmyswordgoforthoutofitssheathagainstallfleshH1320fromthesouthtothenorth:

5andall fleshshallknowthatI, Jehovah,havedrawn forthmysword outofitssheath;itshallnotreturnanymore.

6Sightherefore, thou sonofman;withthebreakingofthy loinsandwithbitterness shalt thou sighbeforetheireyes.

7Anditshallbe,whentheysayunto thee, Wherefore sighest thou?thatthou shaltsay,Becauseofthetidings,foritcometh;andevery heartshallmelt,andall handsshallbefeeble,andevery spiritshallfaint,andall kneesshallbeweakaswater: behold,itcometh,anditshallbedone, saiththeLord Jehovah.

9Sonofman, prophesy,andsay,ThusH3651saith Jehovah: Say,AswordH2719,aswordH2719,itissharpened,andalsofurbished;

10itissharpenedthatitmaymakeH3045aslaughter;itisfurbishedthatitmaybeaslightning:shallwethenmakeH3045mirth?therodofmyson,itcontemnetheverytree.

11Anditisgiventobefurbished,thatitmaybehandled:thesword,itissharpened, yea,itisfurbished,togiveitintothehandoftheslayer.

12Cryandwail, sonofman;foritisuponmypeople,itisuponalltheprincesofIsrael:theyaredeliveredovertotheswordwithmypeople; smitethereforeuponthy thigh.

13Forthereisatrial;andwhatifeventherodthatcontemnethshallbeH1961no more? saiththeLordJehovah.

14Thoutherefore,sonH1121ofmanH120,prophesyH5012,andsmite thy handstogether;andlettheswordH2719bedoubledthethird time,theswordH2719ofthedeadly wounded:itistheswordH2719ofthegreatonethatisdeadly wounded,whichenterethintotheirchambers.

15Ihavesetthethreatening swordagainstalltheirgates,thattheirheartmaymelt,andtheirstumblingsbeהֱיֵה־he.yeh-H1961multiplied: ah!itismadeaslightningH1300,itispointedforslaughterH2874.

16Gather thee together, gototheright,setH5414thyselfinarray, gototheleft, whithersoever thy faceissetH5414.

17IwillalsosmitemyhandstogetherH2199,andIwillcausemywrathtorest:I, Jehovah,havespokenit.

18ThewordofJehovahcameuntomeagain, saying,

19Also, thousonH1121ofmanH120, appoint theetwoways,thattheswordH2719ofthekingofBabylonmaycome;theytwainshallcome forthoutofoneland:andmarkoutaplace, markitoutattheheadofthewaytothecity.

20Thou shaltappointawayfortheswordH2719tocometoRabbahofthechildrenofAmmon,andtoJudahinJerusalemthefortified.

21ForthekingofBabylon stood atthepartingoftheway, attheheadofthetwo ways,touse divination:heshookthearrowstoandfro,heconsultedtheteraphim,helookedintheliver.

22InhisrighthandH3709wasthedivinationforJerusalem,tosetH5117battering rams,toopenthemouthintheslaughter,toliftupthevoicewithshouting,tosetH5117battering ramsagainstthegates,tocastupmounds,tobuild forts.

23AnditshallbeH1961untothemasafalse divinationintheirsight,whohavesworn oaths untothem;buthebringeth iniquitytoremembrance,thattheymaybeH1961taken.

24Thereforethus saiththeLord Jehovah:Becauseyehavemadeשִׂים־sim-H7760youriniquitytoberemembered,inthatyourtransgressionsareuncovered,sothatinallyourdoingsyoursinsdoappear;becausethatyearecomeלָבוֹא֙la.Vo'H935toremembrance, yeshallbetakenwiththehandH3027.

25Andthou, O deadly wounded wickedone,theprinceofIsrael,whosedayiscomeH935,inthetimeoftheiniquityoftheend,

26thus saiththeLord Jehovah: Removethemitre,andtakeoffthecrown;thisshallbenomorethesame; exaltthatwhichislow,andabasethatwhichishigh.

27Iwilloverturn, overturn, overturnit: this alsoshallbeH1961nomore,untilhecomewhoserightבִּֽימִינ֞וֹbi.mi.NoH3225itisH1961;andIwillgiveithim.

28Andthou, sonofman, prophesy,andsay,ThussaiththeLord Jehovah concerningthechildrenofAmmon,andconcerningtheirreproach;andsay thou,Asword,aswordisdrawn,fortheslaughteritisfurbished,tocauseittodevour,thatitmaybeוְהָיָ֨הve.ha.YahH1961aslightning;

29whiletheyseeH7200forthee false visions,whiletheydivine lies unto thee,tolaytheeuponthenecksofthewickedthataredeadly wounded,whosedayiscomeinthetimeoftheiniquityH5771oftheend.

30Causeittoreturnintoitssheath.IntheplacewhereH834thou wast created,inthelandofthy birth,willIjudge thee.

31AndIwillpour out mine indignation upon thee;Iwillblow upon theewiththefireofmywrath;andIwilldeliver theeintothehandofbrutishmen, skilfultodestroy.

32Thou shaltbeH1961forfueltothefire; thy bloodshallbeH1961inthemidstoftheland; thou shaltbeH1961nomoreremembered:forI, Jehovah,havespokenit.
