30and thegeckoוְהָאֲנָקָ֥הve.ha.'a.na.KahH604, and the land-crocodile, and thelizardוְהַלְּטָאָ֑הve.ha.le.ta.'AhH3911, and the sand-lizard, and thechameleonוְהַתִּנְשָֽׁמֶת׃ve.ha.tin.Sha.metH8580.

32Anduponעָלָיו֩'a.LavH5921whatsoeverH3605anyH3605of them, when they aredeadבְּמֹתָ֜םbe.mo.TamH4194, dothfallיִפֹּל־yi.pol-H5307, it shall beuncleanיִטְמָ֗אyit.Ma'H2930;whetherH176it beanyH3605vesselכְּלִי־ke.li-H3627ofwoodעֵץ֙'etzH6086, or raiment, orskinעוֹר֙'OrH5785, orsackשָׂ֔קSakH8242,whatsoeverH3605vesselכְּלִ֕יke.LiH3627it be, wherewithanyH3605workמְלָאכָ֖הme.la.KhahH4399isdoneיֵעָשֶׂ֥הye.'a.SehH6213, it must beputH935intoH935waterבַּמַּ֧יִםba.Ma.yimH4325, and it shall beuncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930untilH5704theevenH5704; then shall it becleanוְטָהֵֽר׃ve.ta.HerH2891.

34Allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605foodהָאֹ֜כֶלha.'O.khelH400thereinwhichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834may beeatenיֵאָכֵ֗לye.'a.KhelH398, that onwhichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834waterמַ֖יִםMa.yimH4325cometh, shall beuncleanיִטְמָ֑אyit.Ma'H2930: andallוְכָל־ve.kholH3605drinkH8354that may bedrunkיִשָּׁתֶ֔הyi.sha.TehH8354ineveryבְּכָל־be.kholH3605suchאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834vesselכְּלִ֖יke.LiH3627shall beuncleanיִטְמָֽא׃yit.Ma'H2930.

35AndeveryH3605thingH3605whereuponanyH3605partעָלָיו֮'a.LavH5921of their carcase falleth shall beuncleanטְמֵאִ֣יםte.me.'ImH2931; whetherovenתַּנּ֧וּרta.NurH8574, or range for pots, it shall bebrokenיֻתָּ֖ץyu.TatzH5422in pieces: they areuncleanוּטְמֵאִ֖יםu.te.me.'ImH2931, and shall beuncleanH2931untoyouאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834.

36Neverthelessאַ֣ךְ'akhH389afountainמַעְיָ֥ןma'.YanH4599or apitוּב֛וֹרu.VorH953wherein is agatheringמִקְוֵה־mik.veh-H4723ofwaterמַ֖יִםMa.yimH4325shall becleanטָה֑וֹרta.HorH2889: but thatwhichבְּנִבְלָתָ֖םbe.niv.la.TamH5038toucheth their carcase shall beuncleanיִטְמָֽא׃yit.Ma'H2930.

37Andifוְכִ֤יve.KhiH3588aught of their carcasefallיִפֹּל֙yi.PolH5307uponעַל־'al-H5921anyכָּל־kol-H3605sowingזֵר֖וּעַze.Ru.a'H2221seedזֶ֥רַעZe.ra'H2233whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834is to besownיִזָּרֵ֑עַyi.za.Re.a'H2232, it iscleanטָה֖וֹרta.HorH2889.

38ButifH3588waterמַ֙יִם֙ma.yimH4325beputיֻתַּן־yu.tan-H5414uponעַל־'al-H5921theseedזֶ֔רַעZe.ra'H2233, and aught of their carcasefallוְנָפַ֥לve.na.FalH5307thereonעָלָ֑יו'a.LavH5921, it isuncleanטָמֵ֥אta.Me'H2931untoyouH3588.

39Andifוְכִ֤יve.KhiH3588anyמִן־min-H4480beastהַבְּהֵמָ֔הha.be.he.MahH929, ofwhichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834ye mayeatלְאָכְלָ֑הle.'okh.LahH402,dieיָמוּת֙ya.MutH4191; he that toucheth the carcase thereof shall beuncleanיִטְמָ֥אyit.Ma'H2930untilH5704theevenH5704.

42WhatsoeverH3605goethuponעַל־'al-H5921the belly, andwhatsoeverH3605goethuponעַל־'al-H5921allH3605fourאַרְבַּ֗ע'ar.Ba'H702, orwhatsoeverH3605hathmanyמַרְבֵּ֣הmar.BehH7235feetרַגְלַ֔יִםrag.La.yimH7272,evenעַ֚ד'adH5704allH3605creeping things that creepuponעַל־'al-H5921theearthהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776, them ye shallnotלֹ֥אlo'H3808eatתֹאכְל֖וּםtokh.LumH398; for they are an abomination.
