21Itpleasedחָפֵ֖ץcha.FetzH2654theLORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068, for hisrighteousness’צִדְק֑וֹtzid.KoH6664sakeלְמַ֣עַןle.Ma.'anH4616, tomagnifyH1431thelawתּוֹרָ֖הto.RahH8451, andmakeיַגְדִּ֥ילyag.DilH1431it honourable.

22But this is apeopleעַם־'am-H5971robbed and spoiled; they areallכֻּלָּ֔םku.LamH3605of them snared in holes, and they arehidהָחְבָּ֑אוּha.che.Ba.'uH2244inprisonכְלָאִ֖יםkhe.la.'ImH3608housesוּבְבָתֵּ֥יu.ve.va.TeiH1004: they are for apreyH957, andnoneוְאֵ֣יןve.'EinH369delivereth; for aspoilלָבַז֙la.VazH957, andnoneוְאֵין־ve.'ein-H369saith,Restoreהָשַֽׁב׃ha.ShavH7725.
