18Hearשְׁמָ֑עוּshe.Ma.'uH8085,you deafהַחֵרְשִׁ֖יםha.che.re.ShimH2795!And lookהַבִּ֥יטוּha.Bi.tuH5027,you blindוְהַעִוְרִ֖יםve.ha.'iv.RimH5787,that you may seeלִרְאֽוֹת׃lir.'otH7200.

19Whoמִ֤יmiH4310is blindעִוֵּר֙'i.VerH5787but Myservantעַבְדִּ֔י'av.DiH5650,Or so deafוְחֵרֵ֖שׁve.che.ReshH2795as Mymessengerכְּמַלְאָכִ֣יke.mal.'a.KhiH4397whom I sendאֶשְׁלָ֑ח'esh.LachH7971?Whoמִ֤יmiH4310is so blindעִוֵּר֙'i.VerH5787as he that isat peaceכִּמְשֻׁלָּ֔םkim.shu.LamH7999with Me,Or so blindוְעִוֵּ֖רve.'i.VerH5787as the servantכְּעֶ֥בֶדke.'E.vedH5650of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068?

20You have seenרָא֥וֹתra.'i.taH7200manyרַבּ֖וֹתra.BotH7227thingsH7227,but you do not observeתִשְׁמֹ֑רtish.MorH8104them; Yourearsאָזְנַ֖יִם'a.ze.Na.yimH241are openפָּק֥וֹחַpa.Ko.achH6491,but noneH3808hearsיִשְׁמָֽע׃yish.Ma'H8085.

21The Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068was pleasedחָפֵ֖ץcha.FetzH2654for His righteousness’צִדְק֑וֹtzid.KoH6664sakeלְמַ֣עַןle.Ma.'anH4616To makeיַגְדִּ֥ילyag.DilH1431the lawתּוֹרָ֖הto.RahH8451greatH1431and gloriousוְיַאְדִּֽיר׃ve.ya'.DirH142.

22But thisוְהוּא֮ve.Hu'H1931is a peopleעַם־'am-H5971plunderedבָּז֣וּזba.ZuzH962and despoiledוְשָׁסוּי֒ve.sha.SuiH8154;Allכֻּלָּ֔םku.LamH3605of them aretrappedהָפֵ֤חַha.Fe.achH6351incavesבַּֽחוּרִים֙ba.chu.RimH2352, Or arehiddenהָחְבָּ֑אוּha.che.Ba.'uH2244away in prisonsכְלָאִ֖יםkhe.la.'ImH3608;They have becomeהָי֤וּha.YuH1961a preyלָבַז֙la.VazH957with noneוְאֵ֣יןve.'EinH369to deliverמַצִּ֔ילma.TzilH5337them,And a spoilמְשִׁסָּ֖הme.shi.SahH4933,with noneוְאֵין־ve.'ein-H369to sayאֹמֵ֥ר'o.MerH559, “GiveH7725thembackהָשַֽׁב׃ha.ShavH7725!”

23Whoמִ֥יmiH4310among you will giveיַאֲזִ֣יןya.'a.ZinH238earH238to thisH2088?Who will giveH7181heedH7181and listenוְיִשְׁמַ֖עve.yish.Ma'H8085hereafterלְאָחֽוֹר׃le.'a.ChorH268?

24Whoמִֽי־mi-H4310gaveנָתַ֨ןna.TanH5414Jacobיַעֲקֹ֛בya.'a.KoH3290up for spoilלִמְשִׁסָּ֧הlim.sho.sehH4933,and Israelוְיִשְׂרָאֵ֥לve.Yis.ra.'ElH3478to plunderersלְבֹזְזִ֖יםle.vo.ze.ZimH962?Was it not the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,against whomז֚וּzuH2098we have sinnedחָטָ֣אנוּcha.Ta.nuH2398,And in whose waysבִדְרָכָיו֙vid.ra.KhavH1870theywere not willingאָב֤וּ'a.VuH14to walkהָל֔וֹךְha.LokhH1980,And whose lawבְּתוֹרָתֽוֹ׃be.to.ra.ToH8451they did notobeyשָׁמְע֖וּsha.me.'UH8085?

25So He pouredוַיִּשְׁפֹּ֤ךְvai.yish.PokhH8210out on him the heatחֵמָ֣הche.MahH2534of His angerאַפּ֔וֹ'a.PoH639And thefiercenessוֶעֱז֖וּזve.'e.ZuzH5807of battleמִלְחָמָ֑הmil.cha.MahH4421;And it setוַתְּלַהֲטֵ֤הוּva.te.la.ha.Te.huH3857him aflameH3857allH4480 H5439aroundH5439,Yet he did not recognizeיָדָ֔עya.Da'H3045it;And it burnedוַתִּבְעַר־va.tiv.'ar-H1197him, but hepaidיָשִׂ֥יםya.SimH7760noH3808attentionלֵֽב׃ פLevH5921 H3820.
