5O Godאֱֽלֹהִ֗ים'elo.HimH430,thou knowestיָ֭דַעְתָּYa.da'.taH3045my foolishnessלְאִוַּלְתִּ֑יle.'i.val.TiH200;and my sinsוְ֝אַשְׁמוֹתַ֗יve.'ash.mo.TaiH819are not hidנִכְחָֽדוּ׃nikh.Cha.duH3582from thee.

6Let not them that waitקֹוֶיךָ֮koei.ChaH6960on thee, O Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִ֗הYah.wehH3069of Armiesצְבָ֫א֥וֹתtze.Va.'otH6635,be ashamedיֵ֘בֹ֤שׁוּye.Vo.shuH954for my sake: let not those that seekמְבַקְשֶׁ֑יךָme.vak.Shei.chaH1245thee be confoundedיִכָּ֣לְמוּyi.Kal.muH3637for my sake, O GodH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

7Because for thy sake I have borneנָשָׂ֣אתִיna.Sa.tiH5375reproachחֶרְפָּ֑הcher.PahH2781;shameכְלִמָּ֣הkhe.li.MahH3639hath coveredכִּסְּתָ֖הki.se.TahH3680my faceפָנָֽי׃fa.NaiH6440.

8I am become a strangerמ֭וּזָרMu.zorH2114unto my brethrenלְאֶחָ֑יle.'e.ChaiH251,and an alienוְ֝נָכְרִ֗יve.na.khe.RiH5237unto my mother’sאִמִּֽי׃'i.MiH517childrenלִבְנֵ֥יliv.NeiH1121.

9For the zealקִנְאַ֣תkin.'AtH7068of thine houseבֵּיתְךָ֣bei.te.KhaH1004hath eaten me upאֲכָלָ֑תְנִי'a.kha.La.te.niH398;and the reproachesוְחֶרְפּ֥וֹתve.cher.PotH2781of them that reproachedח֝וֹרְפֶ֗יךָchor.Fei.khaH2778thee are fallenנָפְל֥וּna.fe.LuH5307upon me.

10When I weptוָאֶבְכֶּ֣הva.'ev.KehH1058, and chastenedmy soulנַפְשִׁ֑יnaf.ShiH5315with fastingבַצּ֣וֹםva.TzomH6685,that was to my reproachH2781.

11I madeוָאֶתְּנָ֣הva.'e.te.NahH5414sackclothשָׂ֑קSakH8242also my garmentלְבוּשִׁ֣יle.vu.ShiH3830;and I became a proverbלְמָשָֽׁל׃le.ma.ShalH4912to them.

12They that sit inיֹ֣שְׁבֵיYo.she.veiH3427the gateשָׁ֑עַרSha.'arH8179speakיָשִׂ֣יחוּya.Si.chuH7878against me; and I wasthe songוּ֝נְגִינ֗וֹתu.ne.gi.NotH5058of the drunkardsשׁוֹתֵ֥י שֵׁכָֽר׃sho.Tei she.KharH7941 H8354.
