17Eveningעֶ֤רֶב'E.revH6153,and morningוָבֹ֣קֶרva.Vo.kerH1242,and at noonוְ֭צָהֳרַיִםVe.tzo.ho.ra.yimH6672,will I prayאָשִׂ֣יחָה'a.Si.chahH7878,and cry aloudוְאֶהֱמֶ֑הve.'e.he.MehH1993:and he shall hearוַיִּשְׁמַ֥עvai.yish.Ma'H8085my voiceקוֹלִֽי׃ko.LiH6963.

18He hath deliveredפָּ֘דָ֤הpa.DahH6299my soulנַ֭פְשִׁיNaf.shiH5315in peaceבְשָׁל֣וֹםve.sha.LomH7965from the battleמִקֲּרָב־mi.ka.rov-H7128that wasagainst me: for there were manyבְ֝רַבִּ֗יםve.ra.BimH7227with me.

19Godאֵ֨ל׀'elH410shall hearיִשְׁמַ֤ע׀yish.Ma'H8085,and afflictH6030them, even he that abidethוְיֹ֤שֵׁ֥בve.Yo.ShevH3427of oldקֶ֗דֶםKe.demH6924.Selahסֶ֥לָהSe.lahH5542.Because they have no changesחֲלִיפ֣וֹתcha.li.FotH2487,therefore they fearיָרְא֣וּya.re.'UH3372not Godאֱלֹהִֽים׃'E.lo.HimH430.

20He hath put forthשָׁלַ֣חsha.LachH7971his handsיָ֭דָיוYa.davH3027against such as be at peaceבִּשְׁלֹמָ֗יוbish.lo.MavH7965with him: he hath brokenחִלֵּ֥לchi.LelH2490his covenantבְּרִיתֽוֹ׃be.ri.ToH1285.

21The wordsof his mouthפִּיו֮pivH6310were smootherחָלְק֤וּ׀chal.KuH2505than butterמַחְמָאֹ֣תmach.ma.'OtH4260,but warוּֽקֲרָב־u.ka.rov-H7128wasin his heartלִ֫בּ֥וֹli.BoH3820:his wordsדְבָרָ֥יוde.va.RavH1697were softerרַכּ֖וּra.KuH7401than oilמִשֶּׁ֗מֶןmi.She.menH8081, yet werethey drawn swordsפְתִחֽוֹת׃fe.ti.ChotH6609.
