Isaiah 30:13-25
13ThereforeH3651 thisH2088 1wrongdoingH5771 will be to you Like a 2breachH6556 about to fallH5307, A bulgeH1158 in a highH7682 wallH2346, WhoseH834 collapseH7667 comesH935 3suddenlyH6597 in an instantH6621,14Whose collapseH7665 is like the smashingH7667 of a 4potter’sH3335 jarH5035, 5So ruthlesslyH3808H2550 shatteredH3807 That a shardH2789 will not be foundH4672 among its piecesH4386 To 6takeH2846 fireH784 from a hearthH3344 Or to scoopH2834 waterH4325 from a cisternH1360.” 15For thisH3541 isH3541 whatH3541 the LordH136 7GodH3068, the HolyH6918 OneH6918 of IsraelH3478, has saidH559: “In 8repentanceH7729 and 9restH5183 you will be savedH3467, In 10quietnessH8252 and trustH985 is your strengthH1369.” But you wereH14 not willingH14,16And you saidH559, “NoH3808, for we will fleeH5127 on 11horsesH5483!” ThereforeH5921H3651 you shall fleeH5127! “And we will rideH7392 on swiftH7031 horses!” ThereforeH5921H3651 those who pursueH7291 you shall beH7043 swiftH7043.1712OneH259 thousandH505 will flee at the threatH1606 of oneH259 man; You will fleeH5127 at the threatH1606 of fiveH2568, UntilH5704H518 you are leftH3498 like a signalH8650 postH8650 on a mountainH2022 topH7218, And like a flagH5251 on a hillH1389.
18ThereforeH3651 the LordH3068 1314longsH2442 to beH2603 graciousH2603 to you, And thereforeH3651 He 15waitsH7311 onH7311 16highH7311 to haveH7355 compassionH7355 onH7355 you. For the LordH3068 is a 17GodH430 of justiceH4941; How blessedH835 are allH3605 those who 1819longH2442 for Him.
1920For, you peopleH5971 in ZionH6726, 21inhabitantH3427 in JerusalemH3389, you will 22weepH1058 noH3808 longerH1058. He will certainlyH2603 beH2603 graciousH2603 to you at the soundH6963 of your cryH2199; when He hearsH8085 it, He will 23answerH6030 you. 20Although the LordH136 has givenH5414 you 24breadH3899 of deprivationH6862 and waterH4325 of oppressionH3906, He, your TeacherH4175, will noH3808 longerH5750 25hideH3670 Himself, but your eyesH5869 will seeH7200 your TeacherH4175. 21Your earsH241 will hearH8085 a wordH1697 behindH4480H310 you, saying, “ThisH2088 is the 26wayH1870, walkH1980 in it,” wheneverH3588 you 27turnH3231 to the rightH3231 or to the leftH8041. 22And you will desecrateH2930 your carvedH6456 28imagesH6456 platedH6826 with silverH3701, and your castH4541 metalH4541 29imagesH4541 platedH642 with goldH2091. You will scatterH2219 them as a filthyH1739 thingH1739, and sayH559 to 30them, “31Be goneH3318!”
23Then He will 32giveH5414 you rainH4306 for your seedH2233 whichH834 you will sowH2232 in the groundH127, and breadH3899 from the yieldH8393 of the groundH127, and it will be 33richH1879 and 34plentifulH8082; on that dayH3117 35your livestockH4735 will grazeH7462 in a wideH7337 pastureH3733. 24Also the oxenH504 and the donkeysH5895 that workH5647 the groundH127 will eatH398 36seasonedH2548 feedH1098, whichH834 37has been 38winnowedH2219 with shovelH7371 and pitchforkH4214. 25And on everyH3605 loftyH1364 mountainH2022 and 39everyH3605 highH5375 hillH1389 there will be 40streamsH6388 runningH2988 with waterH4325 on the dayH3117 of the greatH7227 41slaughterH2027, when the towersH4026 fallH5307.
