22‘When you reapוּֽבְקֻצְרְכֶ֞םu.ve.kutz.re.KhemH7114the harvestקְצִ֣ירke.TzirH7105of your landאַרְצְכֶ֗ם'ar.tze.KhemH776,moreover, you shall not reapבְּקֻצְרֶ֔ךָbe.kutz.Re.chaH7114to the veryתְכַלֶּ֞הte.kha.LehH3615edgesפְּאַ֤תpe.'AtH6285of your fieldשָֽׂדְךָ֙sa.de.KhaH7704norH3808gatherתְלַקֵּ֑טte.la.KetH3950the gleaningוְלֶ֥קֶטve.Le.ketH3951of your harvestקְצִירְךָ֖ke.tzi.re.ChaH7105;you are to leaveתַּעֲזֹ֣בta.'a.ZoH5800them for the needyלֶֽעָנִ֤יle.'a.NiH6041and the strangerוְלַגֵּר֙ve.la.GerH1616.I am the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃ ס'e.lo.hei.KhemH430.’”

23Again the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spokeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

24“Speakדַּבֵּ֛רda.BerH1696to the sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, ‘In theseventhהַשְּׁבִיעִ֜יha.she.vi.'IH7637monthבַּחֹ֨דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320on the firstבְּאֶחָ֣דbe.'e.ChadH259of the monthלַחֹ֗דֶשׁla.Cho.deshH2320you shall haveיִהְיֶ֤הyih.YehH1961arestשַׁבָּת֔וֹןsha.ba.TonH7677, areminderזִכְר֥וֹןzikh.RonH2146by blowingתְּרוּעָ֖הte.ru.'AhH8643of trumpets,a holyקֹֽדֶשׁ׃Ko.deshH6944convocationמִקְרָא־mik.ra'-H4744.

25You shallnot doתַעֲשׂ֑וּta.'a.SuH6213anyכָּל־kol-H3605laboriousעֲבֹדָ֖ה'a.vo.DahH5656workמְלֶ֥אכֶתme.Le.khetH4399,but you shall presentוְהִקְרַבְתֶּ֥םve.hik.rav.TemH7126an offeringאִשֶּׁ֖ה'i.ShehH801byH801fireH801to the Lordלַיהוָֽה׃ סla.Yah.wehH3068.’”

26Then the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spokeוַיְדַבֵּ֥רvay.da.BerH1696to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

27“On exactlyאַ֡ךְ'akhH389the tenthבֶּעָשׂ֣וֹרbe.'a.SorH6218day of thisהַזֶּ֜הha.ZehH2088seventhהַשְּׁבִיעִ֨יha.she.vi.'IH7637monthלַחֹדֶשׁ֩la.cho.DeshH2320isthe Dayי֧וֹםYomH3117of Atonementהַכִּפֻּרִ֣יםha.ki.pu.RimH3725;it shall be a holyקֹ֙דֶשׁ֙ko.deshH6944convocationמִֽקְרָא־mik.ra'-H4744for you, and you shall humbleוְעִנִּיתֶ֖םve.'i.ni.TemH6031yourselvesנַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑םnaf.sho.tei.KhemH5315and presentוְהִקְרַבְתֶּ֥םve.hik.rav.TemH7126an offeringאִשֶּׁ֖ה'i.ShehH801byH801fireH801to the Lordלַיהוָֽה׃la.Yah.wehH3068.

28You shall not doתַעֲשׂ֔וּta.'a.SuH6213anyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605workמְלָאכָה֙me.la.KhahH4399on thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088veryבְּעֶ֖צֶםbe.'E.tzemH6106dayהַיּ֣וֹםhai.YomH3117, for it is aDayי֤וֹםYomH3117of Atonementכִּפֻּרִים֙ki.pu.RimH3725,to makeלְכַפֵּ֣רle.kha.PerH3722atonementH3722onH5921your behalfH5921beforeלִפְנֵ֖יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֵיכֶֽם׃'e.lo.hei.KhemH430.

29Ifכִּ֤יkiH3588there is anyכָל־khol-H3605personהַנֶּ֙פֶשׁ֙ha.Ne.feshH5315whoאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834does not humbleתְעֻנֶּ֔הte.'u.NehH6031himself on thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088veryבְּעֶ֖צֶםbe.'E.tzemH6106dayהַיּ֣וֹםhai.YomH3117,he shall be cutוְנִכְרְתָ֖הve.nikh.re.TahH3772offH3772from his peopleמֵֽעַמֶּֽיהָ׃Me.'a.Mei.haH5971.

30As for anyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605personהַנֶּ֗פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315whoאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834doesתַּעֲשֶׂה֙ta.'a.SehH6213anyכָּל־kol-H3605workמְלָאכָ֔הme.la.KhahH4399on thisהַזֶּ֑הha.ZehH2088veryבְּעֶ֖צֶםbe.'E.tzemH6106dayהַיּ֣וֹםhai.YomH3117,that personהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315I will eliminateוְהַֽאֲבַדְתִּ֛יve.ha.'a.vad.TiH6from amongמִקֶּ֥רֶבmi.Ke.revH7130his peopleעַמָּֽהּ׃'a.MahH5971.

31You shall not doתַעֲשׂ֑וּta.'a.SuH6213anyכָּל־kol-H3605workמְלָאכָ֖הme.la.KhahH4399.It is to be a permanentעוֹלָם֙o.LamH5769statuteחֻקַּ֤תchu.KatH2708throughout your generationsלְדֹרֹ֣תֵיכֶ֔םle.do.Ro.tei.KhemH1755in allבְּכֹ֖לbe.KholH3605your dwellingמֹֽשְׁבֹֽתֵיכֶֽם׃Mo.she.Vo.tei.KhemH4186placesH4186.

32It is to bea Sabbathשַׁבַּ֨תsha.BatH7676of completeH7677restH7677for you, and you shall humbleוְעִנִּיתֶ֖םve.'i.ni.TemH6031yourselvesנַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑םnaf.sho.tei.KhemH5315;on the ninthבְּתִשְׁעָ֤הbe.tish.'AhH8672of the monthלַחֹ֙דֶשׁ֙la.Cho.deshH2320at eveningבָּעֶ֔רֶבba.'E.revH6153,from eveningמֵעֶ֣רֶבme.'E.revH6153untilעַד־'ad-H5704eveningעֶ֔רֶב'E.revH6153,you shall keepתִּשְׁבְּת֖וּtish.be.TuH7673your Sabbathשַׁבַּתְּכֶֽם׃ פsha.ba.te.KhemH7676.”
