10Then Kingהַמֶּ֤לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428Rehoboamרְחַבְעָם֙re.chav.'AmH7346madeוַיַּ֨עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213shieldsמָגִנֵּ֖יma.gi.NeiH4043of bronzeנְחֹ֑שֶׁתne.Cho.shetH5178inH8478their placeתַּחְתֵּיהֶ֔םtach.tei.HemH8478and committedוְהִפְקִ֗ידve.hif.KidH6485them to thecareיַד֙yadH3027of the commandersשָׂרֵ֣יsa.ReiH8269of theguardsהָרָצִ֔יםha.ra.TzimH7323who guardedהַשֹּׁ֣מְרִ֔יםha.Sho.me.RimH8104the entranceפֶּ֖תַחPe.tachH6607of the king’sהַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃ha.Me.lekhH4428houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004.

12Andwhen he humbledוּבְהִכָּֽנְע֗וֹu.ve.hi.ka.ne.'OH3665himself, the angerאַף־'af-H639of the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068turnedשָׁ֤בshavH7725awayH7725from him, so as not to destroyלְהַשְׁחִ֖יתle.hash.ChitH7843himcompletelyלְכָלָ֑הle.kha.LahH3617;and conditionsדְּבָרִ֥יםde.va.RimH1697were alsoוְגַם֙ve.GamH1571goodטוֹבִֽים׃ סto.VimH2896in Judahבִּֽיהוּדָ֔הbi.hu.DahH3063.
