1 Corinthians 10:20-30

20No, but I say that the things whichG3739 the GentilesG1484 sacrificeG2380, they 1sacrificeG2380 to demonsG1140 and not to GodG2316; and I do not wantG2309 you to becomeG1096 sharersG2844 in demonsG1140. 212You cannotG1410G3756 drinkG4095 the cupG4221 of the LordG2962 and the cupG4221 of demonsG1140; you cannotG1410G3756 partakeG3348 of the tableG5132 of the LordG2962 and 3the tableG5132 of demonsG1140. 22OrG2228 do we 4provokeG3863 the LordG2962 to jealousyG3863? We are not 5strongerG2478 than He, are we?

236AllG3956 thingsG3956 are lawfulG1832, but not allG3956 thingsG3956 are profitableG4851. AllG3956 thingsG3956 are lawfulG1832, but not allG3956 thingsG3956 7edifyG3618. 24Let noG3367 oneG3367 8seekG2212 his ownG1438 good, but that of his 9neighborG2087. 2510EatG2068 anythingG3956 that is soldG4453 in the meatG3111 marketG3111 withoutG3367 askingG350 questionsG350 for conscience’G4893 sakeG1223; 2611for the earthG1093 is the Lord’sG2962, and 12allG4138 it containsG4138. 27IfG1487 13oneG5100 of the unbelieversG571 invitesG2564 you and you wantG2309 to goG4198, 14eatG2068 anythingG3956 that is setG3908 beforeG3908 you withoutG3367 askingG350 questionsG350 for conscience’G4893 sakeG1223. 28But 15ifG1437 anyoneG5100 saysG3004 to you, “ThisG3778 is meat sacrificedG2410 to idolsG2410,” do not eatG2068 it, for the sakeG1223 of the oneG1565 who informedG3377 you, and for conscience’G4893 sake; 29I meanG3004 not your ownG1438 conscienceG4893, but the otherG2087 man’s; for 16whyG2443G5101 is my freedomG1657 judgedG2919 by another’sG243 conscienceG4893? 30IfG1487 I partakeG3348 with thankfulnessG5485, 17whyG5101 am I slanderedG987 concerningG5228 that for whichG3739 I 18giveG2168 thanksG2168?
