10Cursedאָר֗וּר'a.RurH779be the one who doesעֹשֶׂ֛ה'o.SehH6213the Lord’sיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068workמְלֶ֥אכֶתme.Le.khetH4399negligentlyרְמִיָּ֑הre.mi.YahH7423,And cursedוְאָר֕וּרve.'a.RurH779be the one who restrainsמֹנֵ֥עַmo.Ne.a'H4513hisswordחַרְבּ֖וֹchar.BoH2719from bloodמִדָּֽם׃mi.DamH1818.

11“Moabמוֹאָ֜בmo.'AvH4124has beenH7599at easeשַׁאֲנַ֨ןsha.'a.NanH7599sinceH4480his youthמִנְּעוּרָ֗יוmi.ne.'u.RavH5271;He has also beenH8252undisturbedוְשֹׁקֵ֥טve.sho.KetH8252, like wine onits dregsשְׁמָרָ֔יוshe.ma.RavH8105, And he has not beenemptiedH7385from vesselמִכְּלִי֙mi.ke.LiH3627to vesselכֶּ֔לִיKe.liH3627,NorH3808has he goneהָלָ֑ךְha.LakhH1980into exileוּבַגּוֹלָ֖הu.va.go.LahH1473.Thereforeעַל־ כֵּ֗ן'al- KenH5921 H3651he retainsעָמַ֤ד'a.MadH5975his flavorטַעְמוֹ֙ta'.MoH2940,And his aromaוְרֵיח֖וֹve.rei.ChoH7381has not changedנָמָֽר׃ סna.MarH4171.

12Thereforeלָכֵ֞ןla.KhenH3651beholdהִנֵּ֖ה־hi.Neh-H2009,the daysיָמִ֤יםya.MimH3117are comingבָּאִים֙ba.'ImH935,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, “when I will sendוְשִׁלַּחְתִּי־ve.shi.lach.ti-H7971to him those who tipצֹעִ֖יםtzo.'ImH6808vessels,and they will tipוְצֵעֻ֑הוּve.tze.'U.huH6808him overH6808,and they will emptyH7385his vesselsוְכֵלָ֣יוve.khe.LavH3627and shatterיְנַפֵּֽצוּ׃ye.na.Pe.tzuH5310his jarsוְנִבְלֵיהֶ֖םve.niv.lei.HemH5035.

13And Moabמוֹאָ֖בmo.'AvH4124will beashamedוּבֹ֥שׁu.VoshH954ofChemoshמִכְּמ֑וֹשׁmi.ke.Mo.oshH3645,as the houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478was ashamedבֹּ֙שׁוּ֙bo.shuH954ofBethelH1008,their confidenceמִבְטֶחָֽם׃miv.te.ChamH4009.

14Howאֵ֚יךְ'eikhH349can you sayתֹּֽאמְר֔וּto.me.RuH559, ‘We aremightyH1368warriorsגִּבּוֹרִ֖יםgi.bo.RimH1368,And menH376valiantחַ֖יִלCha.yilH2428for battleלַמִּלְחָמָֽה׃la.mil.cha.MahH4421’?

15Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124has been destroyedשֻׁדַּ֤דshu.DadH7703andmen have goneעָלָ֔ה'a.LahH5927up tohis citiesוְעָרֶ֣יהָve.'a.Rei.haH5892;His choicestוּמִבְחַ֥רu.miv.CharH4005youngבַּֽחוּרָ֖יוba.chu.RavH970menH970have also goneיָרְד֣וּya.re.DuH3381downH3381to the slaughterלַטָּ֑בַחla.Ta.vachH2874,”Declaresנְאֻ֨ם־ne.'Um-H5002theKingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428,whose nameשְׁמֽוֹ׃she.MoH8034is the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635.
