Zechariah 7:8-14
8And the wordH1697 of Jehovah came unto ZechariahH2148, sayingH559, 9ThusH3541 speaketh Jehovah of hostsH6635, sayingH559, Execute true judgmentH4941, and shew loving-kindness and mercies oneH376 to another, 10and oppressH6231 not the widowH490 and the fatherlessH3490, the stranger and the afflictedH6041; and let none of you imagine evilH7451 against his brotherH251 in your heartH3824. 11But they refusedH3985 to hearken, and turned a rebelliousH5637 shoulderH3802, and madeH5414 their earsH241 heavyH3513, that they should not hearH8085. 12And they madeH7760 their heartH3820 [as] an adamant, that they should not hearH8085 the lawH8451, and the wordsH1697 that Jehovah of hostsH6635 sentH7971 by his SpiritH7307 by the handH3027 of the formerH7223 prophetsH5030: therefore wasH1961 there greatH1419 wrathH7110 from Jehovah of hostsH6635. 13And it came to pass, like as he calledH7121, and they would not hearH8085, so they calledH7121, and I would not hearH8085, saith Jehovah of hostsH6635; 14and I scattered them with a whirlwind among all the nationsH1471 whom they knewH3045 not, and the landH776 was desolate after them, so that no one passedH5674 through nor returnedH7725; and they laid the pleasant landH776 desolate.
