25The GaditesH1121H1410 and ReubenitesH1121H7205 saidH559 toH413 MosesH4872H559, “Your servantsH5650 will doH6213 just asH834 our lordH113 commandsH6680. 26Our childrenH2945, our wivesH802, our livestockH4735, and allH3605 our animalsH929 will remainH1961 hereH8033 in the citiesH5892 of GileadH1568. 27But your servantsH5650 are equippedH2502 for warH6635, and every manH3605 will cross overH5674 to the battleH4421 beforeH6440 the LORDH3068, just asH834 our lordH113 saysH1696.”

33So MosesH4872 gaveH5414 to the GaditesH1121H1410, to the ReubenitesH1121H7205, and to the half-tribeH2677H7626 of ManassehH4519 sonH1121 of JosephH3130 the kingdomH4467 of SihonH5511 kingH4428 of the AmoritesH567 and the kingdomH4467 of OgH5747 kingH4428 of BashanH1316—the landH776 including its citiesH5892 and the territoryH1367 surroundingH5439 themH5892H776.

34And the GaditesH1121H1410 built upH1129 DibonH1769, AtarothH5852, AroerH6177, 35Atroth-shophanH5855, JazerH3270, JogbehahH3011, 36Beth-nimrahH1039, and Beth-haranH1028 as fortifiedH4013 citiesH5892, and they built foldsH1448 for their flocksH6629.

37The ReubenitesH1121H7205 built upH1129 HeshbonH2809, ElealehH500, KiriathaimH7156, 38as well as NeboH5015 and Baal-meonH1186 (whose namesH8034 were changedH5437), and SibmahH7643. And they renamedH7121H8034 the citiesH5892 they rebuiltH1129.

39The descendantsH1121 of MachirH4353 sonH1121 of ManassehH4519 wentH1980 to GileadH1568, captured itH3920, and drove outH3423 the AmoritesH567 who wereH834 there. 40So MosesH4872 gaveH5414 GileadH1568 to the clan of MachirH4353 sonH1121 of ManassehH4519, and they settledH3427 there. 41JairH2971, a descendantH1121 of ManassehH4519, wentH1980 and capturedH3920 their villagesH2333 and calledH7121 themH2334 Havvoth-jairH2334.3 42And NobahH5025 wentH1980 and capturedH3920 KenathH7079 and its villagesH1323 and calledH7121 it NobahH5025, after his own nameH8034.
