19I will break downוְשָׁבַרְתִּ֖יve.sha.var.TiH7665אֶת־'et-H853your stubbornעֻזְּכֶ֑ם'u.ze.KhemH5797prideגְּא֣וֹןge.'onH1347and makeוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414אֶת־'et-H853your skyשְׁמֵיכֶם֙she.mei.KhemH8064like ironכַּבַּרְזֶ֔לka.bar.ZelH1270וְאֶֽת־ve.'EtH853and your landאַרְצְכֶ֖ם'ar.tze.KhemH776like bronzeכַּנְּחֻשָֽׁה׃ka.ne.chu.ShahH5154,

20and your strengthכֹּחֲכֶ֑םko.cha.KhemH3581will be spentוְתַ֥םve.TamH8552in vainלָרִ֖יקla.RikH7385.For your landאַרְצְכֶם֙'ar.tze.KhemH776will notוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808yieldתִתֵּ֤ןti.TenH5414itsאֶת־'et-H853produceיְבוּלָ֔הּye.vu.LahH2981,and the treesוְעֵ֣ץve.'EtzH6086of the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776will notלֹ֥אlo'H3808bearיִתֵּ֖ןyi.TenH5414their fruitפִּרְיֽוֹ׃pir.YoH6529.

21Ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518you walkתֵּֽלְכ֤וּte.le.KhuH1980in hostilityקֶ֔רִיKe.riH7147toward Meעִמִּי֙'i.MiH5973and refuseוְלֹ֥א תֹאב֖וּve.Lo' to.VuH3808 H14to obeyלִשְׁמֹ֣עַֽlish.Mo.a'H8085Me,I will multiplyוְיָסַפְתִּ֤י עֲלֵיכֶם֙ve.ya.saf.Ti 'a.lei.KhemH3254 H5921your plaguesמַכָּ֔הma.KahH4347seven timesשֶׁ֖בַעShe.va'H7651,according to your sinsכְּחַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃ke.cha.to.tei.KhemH2403.

22I will sendוְהִשְׁלַחְתִּ֨יve.hish.lach.TiH7971אֶת־'et-H853wildהַשָּׂדֶה֙ha.sa.DehH7704animalsחַיַּ֤תchai.YatH2416against youto rob you of your childrenוְשִׁכְּלָ֣הve.shi.ke.LahH7921אֶתְכֶ֔ם'et.KhemH853,destroyוְהִכְרִ֙יתָה֙ve.hikh.Ri.tahH3772אֶת־'et-H853your livestockבְּהֶמְתְּכֶ֔םbe.hem.te.KhemH929,and reduceוְהִמְעִ֖יטָהve.him.'I.tahH4591your numbersאֶתְכֶ֑ם'et.KhemH853,until your roadsדַּרְכֵיכֶֽם׃dar.khei.KhemH1870lie desolateוְנָשַׁ֖מּוּve.na.Sha.muH8074.

23And ifוְאִ֨ם־ve.'Im-H518in spite of theseבְּאֵ֔לֶּהbe.'E.lehH428things you do notלֹ֥אlo'H3808accept My disciplineתִוָּסְר֖וּti.vas.RuH3256,but continue to walkוַהֲלַכְתֶּ֥םva.ha.lakh.TemH1980in hostilityקֶֽרִי׃Ke.riH7147toward Meעִמִּ֖י'i.MiH5973,

24then Iאֲנִ֛י'a.NiH589will actוְהָלַכְתִּ֧י אַף־ve.ha.lakh.Ti 'af-H1980 H637with hostilityבְּקֶ֑רִיbe.Ke.riH7147toward youעִמָּכֶ֖ם'i.ma.KhemH5973,andגַּם־gam-H1571Iאָ֔נִי'A.niH589will strikeוְהִכֵּיתִ֤יve.hi.kei.TiH5221youאֶתְכֶם֙'et.KhemH853sevenfoldשֶׁ֖בַעShe.va'H7651forעַל־'al-H5921your sinsחַטֹּאתֵיכֶֽם׃cha.to.tei.KhemH2403.

25And I will bringוְהֵבֵאתִ֨יve.he.ve.TiH935a swordחֶ֗רֶבChe.revH2719against youעֲלֵיכֶ֜ם'a.lei.KhemH5921to executeנֹקֶ֙מֶת֙no.Ke.metH5358the vengeanceנְקַם־ne.kam-H5359of the covenantבְּרִ֔יתbe.RitH1285.Though you withdrawוְנֶאֱסַפְתֶּ֖םve.ne.'e.saf.TemH622intoאֶל־'el-H413your citiesעָרֵיכֶ֑ם'a.rei.KhemH5892,I will sendוְשִׁלַּ֤חְתִּיve.shi.Lach.tiH7971a plagueדֶ֙בֶר֙de.verH1698among youבְּת֣וֹכְכֶ֔םbe.Tokh.KhemH8432,and you will be deliveredוְנִתַּתֶּ֖םve.nit.ta.TemH5414into the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of the enemyאוֹיֵֽב׃'o.YevH341.

26When I cut offבְּשִׁבְרִ֣יbe.shiv.RiH7665yoursupplyמַטֵּה־ma.teh-H4294of breadלֶחֶם֒le.ChemH3899,tenעֶ֣שֶׂר'E.serH6235womenנָשִׁ֤יםna.ShimH802will bakeוְ֠אָפוּVe.'a.fuH644your breadלַחְמְכֶם֙lach.me.KhemH3899in a singleאֶחָ֔ד'e.ChadH259ovenבְּתַנּ֣וּרbe.ta.NurH8574and dole outוְהֵשִׁ֥יבוּve.he.Shi.vuH7725your breadלַחְמְכֶ֖םlach.me.KhemH3899by weightבַּמִּשְׁקָ֑לba.mish.KalH4948,so that you will eatוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖םva.'a.khal.TemH398but notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808be satisfiedתִשְׂבָּֽעוּ׃ סtis.Ba.'uH7646.

27But ifוְאִ֨ם־ve.'Im-H518in spite of all thisבְּזֹ֔אתbe.ZotH2063you do notלֹ֥אlo'H3808obeyתִשְׁמְע֖וּtish.me.'UH8085Me,but continue to walkוַהֲלַכְתֶּ֥םva.ha.lakh.TemH1980in hostilityבְּקֶֽרִי׃be.Ke.riH7147toward Meעִמִּ֖י'i.MiH5973,

28then I will walkוְהָלַכְתִּ֥יve.ha.lakh.TiH1980in furyבַּחֲמַת־ba.cha.mat-H2534againstקֶ֑רִיKe.riH7147youעִמָּכֶ֖ם'i.ma.KhemH5973,and Iאָ֔נִי'A.niH589,even Iאַף־'af-H637,will punishוְיִסַּרְתִּ֤יve.yi.sar.TiH3256youאֶתְכֶם֙'et.KhemH853sevenfoldשֶׁ֖בַעShe.va'H7651forעַל־'al-H5921your sinsחַטֹּאתֵיכֶם׃cha.to.tei.khemH2403.

29You will eatוַאֲכַלְתֶּ֖םva.'a.khal.TemH398the fleshבְּשַׂ֣רbe.SarH1320of your own sonsבְּנֵיכֶ֑םbe.nei.KhemH1121תֹּאכֵֽלוּ׃to.Khe.luH398andוּבְשַׂ֥רu.ve.SarH1320daughtersבְּנֹתֵיכֶ֖םbe.no.tei.KhemH1323.
