2Shake offהִתְנַעֲרִ֧יhit.na.'a.RiH5287your dustמֵעָפָ֛רme.'a.FarH6083!Rise upק֥וּמִיKu.miH6965andsitH7628on your throne,O Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389.Removeהִֽתְפַּתְּחִי֙hit.pa.te.chuH6605the chainsמוֹסְרֵ֣יmos.ReiH4147from your neckצַוָּארֵ֔ךְtza.va.RekhH6677,O captiveH7628Daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Zionצִיּֽוֹן׃ סtzi.YonH6726.

3Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588this is whatכֹה֙khohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “You were soldנִמְכַּרְתֶּ֑םnim.kar.TemH4376for nothingחִנָּ֖םchi.NamH2600,and withoutוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808moneyבְכֶ֖סֶףve.Khe.sefH3701you will be redeemedתִּגָּאֵֽלוּ׃ti.ga.'E.luH1350.”

4Forכִּ֣יkiH3588this is whatכֹ֤הkhohH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “At firstבָרִֽאשֹׁנָ֖הva.ri.sho.NahH7223My peopleעַמִּ֥י'a.MiH5971went downיָֽרַד־ya.rad-H3381to Egyptמִצְרַ֛יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714to liveלָג֣וּר שָׁ֑םla.Gur ShamH1481 H8033,then Assyriaוְאַשּׁ֖וּרve.'a.ShurH804oppressed themעֲשָׁקֽוֹ׃a.sha.KoH6231without causeבְּאֶ֥פֶסbe.'E.fesH657.

5And nowוְעַתָּ֤הve.'a.TahH6258whatH4310have I hereפֹה֙fohH6311?declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068.Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971have been takenלֻקַּ֥חlu.KachH3947without causeחִנָּ֑םchi.NamH2600;those who rule themמֹשְׁלָ֤יוmo.she.lovH4910tauntיְהֵילִ֙ילוּ֙ye.hei.Li.luH3213,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and My nameשְׁמִ֥יshe.MiH8034isblasphemedמִנֹּאָֽץ׃mi.no.'AtzH5006continuallyוְתָמִ֥ידve.ta.MidH8548all day longכָּל־ הַיּ֖וֹםkol- hai.YomH3605 H3117.

6Thereforeלָכֵ֛ןla.KhenH3651My peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971will knowיֵדַ֥עye.Da'H3045My nameשְׁמִ֑יshe.MiH8034;thereforeלָכֵן֙la.KhenH3651they will knowהַה֔וּאha.Hu'H1931on that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117thatכִּֽי־ki-H3588Iאֲנִי־'a.ni-H589am Heה֥וּאhu'H1931who speaksהַֽמְדַבֵּ֖רham.da.BerH1696.Here I amהִנֵּֽנִי׃hi.Ne.niH2005!”
