2Lookהַבִּ֙יטוּ֙ha.Bi.tuH5027toאֶל־'el-H413Abrahamאַבְרָהָ֣ם'av.ra.HamH85your fatherאֲבִיכֶ֔ם'a.vi.KhemH1,and toוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413Sarahשָׂרָ֖הsa.RahH8283who gave you birthתְּחוֹלֶלְכֶ֑םte.cho.lel.KhemH2342.Whenכִּי־ki-H3588I called himקְרָאתִ֔יוke.ra.TivH7121,he was but oneאֶחָ֣ד'e.ChadH259;then I blessed himוַאֲבָרְכֵ֖הוּva.'a.va.re.Khe.huH1288and multiplied himוְאַרְבֵּֽהוּ׃ סve.'ar.Be.huH7235.

3Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588the LORDיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068will comfortנִחַ֨םni.ChamH5162Zionצִיּ֗וֹןtzi.YonH6726and will look with compassionנִחַם֙ni.ChamH5162on all herכָּל־kol-H3605ruinsחָרְבֹתֶ֔יהָcha.re.vo.Tei.haH2723;He will makeוַיָּ֤שֶׂםvai.Ya.semH7760her wildernessמִדְבָּרָהּ֙mid.ba.RahH4057like Edenכְּעֵ֔דֶןke.'E.denH5731and her desertוְעַרְבָתָ֖הּve.'ar.va.TahH6160like the gardenכְּגַן־ke.gan-H1588of the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068.Joyשָׂשׂ֤וֹןsa.SonH8342and gladnessוְשִׂמְחָה֙ve.sim.ChahH8057will be foundיִמָּ֣צֵאyi.Ma.tze'H4672in her,thanksgivingתּוֹדָ֖הto.DahH8426and melodiousזִמְרָֽה׃ סzim.RahH2172songוְק֥וֹלve.KolH6963.

4Pay attentionהַקְשִׁ֤יבוּhak.Shi.vuH7181to Meאֵלַי֙'e.LaiH413,My peopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971,and listenהַאֲזִ֑ינוּha.'a.Zi.nuH238to Meאֵלַ֣י'e.LaiH413,My nationוּלְאוּמִּ֖יu.le.'u.MiH3816;forכִּ֤יkiH3588a lawתוֹרָה֙ מֵאִתִּ֣יto.Rah me.'i.TiH8451 H854will go out from Meתֵצֵ֔אte.Tze'H3318,and My justiceוּמִשְׁפָּטִ֔יu.mish.pa.TiH4941will becomea lightלְא֥וֹרle.'orH216to the nationsעַמִּ֖ים'a.MimH5971;I will bring it about quicklyאַרְגִּֽיעַ׃'ar.Gi.a'H7280.

5My righteousnessצִדְקִי֙tzid.KiH6664draws nearקָר֤וֹבka.RovH7138,My salvationיִשְׁעִ֔יyish.'IH3468is on the wayיָצָ֣אya.Tza'H3318,and My armsוּזְרֹעַ֖יu.ze.ro.'AiH2220will bring justiceיִשְׁפֹּ֑טוּyish.Po.tuH8199to the nationsעַמִּ֣ים'a.MimH5971.The islandsאִיִּ֣ים'i.YimH339will lookיְקַוּ֔וּye.ka.VuH6960for Meאֵלַי֙'e.LaiH413and wait in hopeיְיַחֵלֽוּן׃ye.ya.che.LunH3176forוְאֶל־ve.'el-H413My armזְרֹעִ֖יze.ro.'IH2220.

6Lift upשְׂאוּ֩se.'UH5375your eyesעֵֽינֵיכֶ֜ם'ei.nei.KhemH5869to the heavensלַשָּׁמַ֨יִםla.sha.Ma.yimH8064,and lookוְֽהַבִּ֧יטוּve.ha.Bi.tuH5027atאֶל־'el-H413the earthהָאָ֣רֶץha.'A.retzH776belowמִתַּ֗חַתmi.Ta.chatH8478;forכִּֽי־ki-H3588the heavensשָׁמַ֜יִםsha.Ma.yimH8064will vanishנִמְלָ֙חוּ֙nim.La.chuH4414like smokeכֶּעָשָׁ֤ןke.'a.ShanH6227,the earthוְהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ve.ha.'A.retzH776will wear outתִּבְלֶ֔הtiv.LehH1086like a garmentכַּבֶּ֣גֶדka.Be.gedH899,and its peopleוְיֹשְׁבֶ֖יהָve.yo.she.Vei.haH3427will dieיְמוּת֑וּןye.mu.TunH4191likeכְּמוֹ־ כֵ֣ןke.mov- khenH3644 H3654gnats.But My salvationוִישֽׁוּעָתִי֙vi.shu.'a.TiH3444will last foreverלְעוֹלָ֣ם תִּֽהְיֶ֔הle.'o.Lam tih.YehH1961 H5769,and My righteousnessוְצִדְקָתִ֖יve.tzid.ka.TiH6666will neverלֹ֥אlo'H3808failתֵחָֽת׃ סte.ChatH2865.

7Listenשִׁמְע֤וּshim.'UH8085to Meאֵלַי֙'e.LaiH413,you who knowיֹ֣דְעֵיYo.de.'eiH3045what is rightצֶ֔דֶקTze.dekH6664,you peopleעַ֖ם'amH5971with My lawתּוֹרָתִ֣יto.ra.TiH8451in your heartsבְלִבָּ֑םve.li.BamH3820:Do notאַל־'al-H408fearתִּֽירְאוּ֙ti.re.'UH3372the scornחֶרְפַּ֣תcher.PatH2781of menאֱנ֔וֹשׁ'e.No.oshH582;do notאַל־'al-H408be brokenתֵּחָֽתּוּ׃te.Cha.tuH2865by their insultsוּמִגִּדֻּפֹתָ֖םu.mi.gi.du.fo.TamH1421.
