1“Here isהֵ֤ןhenH2005My Servantעַבְדִּי֙'av.DiH5650,whom I upholdאֶתְמָךְ־'et.mokh-H8551,My Chosen Oneבְּחִירִ֖יbe.chi.RiH972, in whomMy soulנַפְשִׁ֑יnaf.ShiH5315delightsרָצְתָ֣הra.tze.TahH7521.I will putנָתַ֤תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414My Spiritרוּחִי֙ru.ChiH7307on Himעָלָ֔יו'a.LavH5921, andHe will bringיוֹצִֽיא׃yo.Tzi'H3318justiceמִשְׁפָּ֖טmish.PatH4941to the nationsלַגּוֹיִ֥םla.go.YimH1471.

2He will notלֹ֥אlo'H3808cry outיִצְעַ֖קyitz.'AkH6817orוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808raiseיִשָּׂ֑אyi.Sa'H5375His voice,norוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808make His voiceקוֹלֽוֹ׃ko.LoH6963heardיַשְׁמִ֥יעַyash.Mi.a'H8085in the streetsבַּח֖וּץba.ChutzH2351.

3A bruisedרָצוּץ֙ra.TzutzH7533reedקָנֶ֤הka.NehH7070He will notלֹ֣אlo'H3808breakיִשְׁבּ֔וֹרyish.BorH7665and a smolderingכֵהָ֖הkhe.HahH3544wickוּפִשְׁתָּ֥הu.fish.TahH6594He will notלֹ֣אlo'H3808extinguishיְכַבֶּ֑נָּהye.khab.Be.nahH3518;He will faithfullyלֶאֱמֶ֖תle.'e.MetH571bring forthיוֹצִ֥יאyo.Tzi'H3318justiceמִשְׁפָּֽט׃mish.PatH4941.

4He will notלֹ֤אlo'H3808grow weakיִכְהֶה֙ וְלֹ֣אyikh.Heh ve.Lo'H3543 H3808or discouragedיָר֔וּץya.RutzH7533beforeעַד־'ad-H5704He has establishedיָשִׂ֥יםya.SimH7760justiceמִשְׁפָּ֑טmish.PatH4941on the earthבָּאָ֖רֶץba.'A.retzH776.In His lawוּלְתוֹרָת֖וֹu.le.to.ra.ToH8451the islandsאִיִּ֥ים'i.YimH339will put their hopeיְיַחֵֽילוּ׃ פye.ya.Chei.luH3176.”

5This is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541Godהָאֵ֣ל׀ha.'ElH410the LORDיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֞ר'a.MarH559—He who createdבּוֹרֵ֤אbo.Re'H1254the heavensהַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ha.sha.Ma.yimH8064and stretched them outוְנ֣וֹטֵיהֶ֔םve.No.tei.HemH5186,who spread outרֹקַ֥עro.Ka'H7554the earthהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776and its offspringוְצֶאֱצָאֶ֑יהָve.tze.'e.tza.'Ei.haH6631,who givesנֹתֵ֤ןno.TenH5414breathנְשָׁמָה֙ne.sha.MahH5397to the peopleלָעָ֣םla.'AmH5971on itעָלֶ֔יהָ'a.Lei.haH5921and lifeוְר֖וּחַve.Ru.achH7307to those who walkלַהֹלְכִ֥יםla.ho.le.KhimH1980in it:

6“Iאֲנִ֧י'a.NiH589,the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068,have called youקְרָאתִ֥יךָֽke.ra.Ti.chaH7121for a righteous purposeבְצֶ֖דֶקve.Tze.dekH6664,and I will take holdוְאַחְזֵ֣קve.'ach.ZekH2388of your handבְּיָדֶ֑ךָbe.ya.De.khaH3027.I will keep youוְאֶצָּרְךָ֗ve.'e.tza.re.KhaH5341and appoint youוְאֶתֶּנְךָ֛ve.'e.ten.KhaH5414to be a covenantלִבְרִ֥יתliv.RitH1285for the peopleעָ֖ם'amH5971and a lightלְא֥וֹרle.'orH216to the nationsגּוֹיִֽם׃go.YimH1471,

7to openלִפְקֹ֖חַlif.Ko.achH6491the eyesעֵינַ֣יִם'ei.Na.yimH5869of the blindעִוְר֑וֹתiv.RotH5787,to bringלְהוֹצִ֤יאle.ho.Tzi'H3318prisonersאַסִּ֔יר'a.SirH616out of the dungeonמִמַּסְגֵּר֙mi.mas.GerH4525and those sittingיֹ֥שְׁבֵיYo.she.veiH3427in darknessחֹֽשֶׁךְ׃Cho.shekhH2822out from the prisonכֶּ֖לֶאKe.le'H3608houseמִבֵּ֥יתmi.BeitH1004.
