30Then the firstbornבְּכוֹרֵ֣יbe.kho.ReiH1060of the poorדַלִּ֔יםda.LimH1800will find pastureוְרָעוּ֙ve.ra.'UH7462,and the needyוְאֶבְיוֹנִ֖יםve.'ev.yo.NimH34will lie downיִרְבָּ֑צוּyir.Ba.tzuH7257in safetyלָבֶ֣טַחla.Ve.tachH983,but I will killוְהֵמַתִּ֤יve.he.ma.TiH4191your rootשָׁרְשֵׁ֔ךְsha.re.ShekhH8328by famineבָֽרָעָב֙va.ra.'AvH7458,and your remnantוּשְׁאֵרִיתֵ֖ךְu.she.'e.ri.TekhH7611will be slainיַהֲרֹֽג׃ya.ha.RogH2026.

31Wailהֵילִ֤ילִֽיhei.Li.liH3213,O gateשַׁ֙עַר֙sha.'arH8179!Cry outזַֽעֲקִי־za.'a.ki-H2199,O cityעִ֔יר'IrH5892!Melt awayנָמ֖וֹגna.MogH4127,allכֻּלֵּ֑ךְku.LekhH3605you Philistinesפְּלֶ֣שֶׁתpe.Le.shetH6429!Forכִּ֤יkiH3588a cloud of smokeעָשָׁ֣ן'a.ShanH6227comesבָּ֔אBa'H935from the northמִצָּפוֹן֙mi.tza.fOnH6828,and there are noוְאֵ֥יןve.'EinH369stragglersבּוֹדֵ֖דbo.DedH909in its ranksבְּמוֹעָדָֽיו׃be.mo.'a.DavH4151.

32Whatוּמַֽה־u.mah-H4100answer will be givenיַּעֲנֶ֖הya.'a.NehH6030to the envoysמַלְאֲכֵי־mal.'a.khei-H4397of that nationג֑וֹי כִּ֤יGoy kiH1471 H3588? “The LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068has foundedיִסַּ֣דyi.SadH3245Zionצִיּ֔וֹןtzi.YonH6726,where His afflictedעֲנִיֵּ֥י'a.ni.YeiH6041peopleעַמּֽוֹ׃ סa.MoH5971will find refugeיֶחֱס֖וּye.che.SuH2620.”
