17And Jehovah spake unto MosesH4872, sayingH559, 18SpeakH1696 unto AaronH175, and to his sonsH1121, and unto all the children of IsraelH3478, and sayH559 unto them, Whosoever he be of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, or of the sojournersH1616 in IsraelH3478, that offereth his oblation, whether it be any of their vowsH5088, or any of their freewill-offerings, which they offer unto Jehovah for a burnt-offering; 19that ye may be accepted, ye shall offer a maleH2145 without blemish, of the bullocks, of the sheep, or of the goatsH5795. 20But whatsoever hath a blemishH3971, that shall ye not offer: for it shall not beH1961 acceptable for you. 21And whosoever offereth a sacrificeH2077 of peace-offerings unto Jehovah to accomplish a vowH5088, or for a freewill-offering, of the herdH1241 or of the flockH6629, it shall beH1961 perfectH8549 to beH1961 accepted; there shall beH1961 no blemish therein. 22Blind, or brokenH7665, or maimed, or having a wen, or scurvy, or scabbed, ye shall not offer these unto Jehovah, nor makeH5414 an offeringH801 by fireH801 of them upon the altarH4196 unto Jehovah. 23Either a bullock or a lambH7716 that hath anything superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offerH6213 for a freewill-offering; but for a vowH5088 it shall not be acceptedH7521.
