Leviticus 17:9-10
9and bringeth it not unto the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150, to sacrifice it unto Jehovah; that manH376 shall be cutH3772 off from his peopleH5971.
10And whatsoever manH376 there be of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, or of the strangers that sojourn among them, that eateth any manner of bloodH1818, I will setH5414 my faceH6440 against that soulH5315 that eateth bloodH1818, and will cutH3772 him off from among his peopleH5971.
