Leviticus 17:2-6
SpeakH1696 unto AaronH175, and unto his sonsH1121, and unto all the children of IsraelH3478, and sayH559 unto them: This is the thingH1697 which Jehovah hath commandedH6680, sayingH559,
What manH376 soever there be of the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, that killeth an oxH7794, or lambH3775, or goatH5795, in the campH4264, or that killeth it without the campH4264,
and hath not broughtH935 it unto the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150, to offer it as an oblation unto Jehovah before the tabernacleH4908 of Jehovah: bloodH1818 shall be imputed unto that manH376; he hath shedH8210 bloodH1818; and that manH376 shall be cutH3772 off from among his peopleH5971:
to the end that the children of IsraelH3478 may bringH935 their sacrificesH2077, which they sacrificeH2077 in the open fieldH7704, even that they may bringH935 them unto Jehovah, unto the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150, unto the priestH3548, and sacrificeH2077 them for sacrificesH2077 of peace-offerings unto Jehovah.
And the priestH3548 shall sprinkleH2236 the bloodH1818 upon the altarH4196 of Jehovah at the doorH6607 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150, and burn the fatH2459 for a sweet savor unto Jehovah.
