Hebrews 8:6-12
6But nowG1161 hath he obtainedG5177 a ministryG3009 the moreG1313 excellentG1313, by so muchG3745 as he isG1510 alsoG2532 the mediatorG3316 of a better covenantG1242, which hath beenG1510 enacted upon better promisesG1860. 7For if that firstG4413 covenant had beenG1510 faultlessG273, then would no placeG5117 have beenG1510 soughtG2212 for a secondG1208. 8For finding faultG3201 with them, he saith,
BeholdG2400, the daysG2250 comeG2064, saith the LordG2962,That I will make a newG2537 covenantG1242 with the houseG3624 of IsraelG2474 and with the houseG3624 of JudahG2455;9Not accordingG2596 to the covenantG1242 that I madeG4160 with their fathersG3962 In the dayG2250 that I took them by the handG5495 to lead them forth out of the landG1093 of EgyptG125;For they continued not in my covenantG1242,And I regarded them not, saith the LordG2962.10For this isG1510 the covenantG1242 that I will makeG1303 with the houseG3624 of IsraelG2474 After those daysG2250, saith the LordG2962;I will put my lawsG3551 into their mindG1271,And on their heartG2588 alsoG2532 will I write them:And I will beG1510 to them a GodG2316,And they shall beG1510 to me a peopleG2992:11And they shall not teachG1321 every manG1538 his fellow-citizen,And every manG1538 his brotherG80, sayingG3004, KnowG1097 the LordG2962:For all shall knowG1097 me,From the leastG3398 to the greatestG3173 of them.12For I will beG1510 merciful to their iniquitiesG93,And their sinsG266 will I rememberG3403 no moreG2089.
