Exodus 40:17-38
17And it came to pass in the firstH7223 monthH2320 in the secondH8145 yearH8141, on the firstH7223 day of the monthH2320, that the tabernacleH4908 wasH1961 reared up. 18And MosesH4872 reared up the tabernacleH4908, and laid its sockets, and setH7760 up the boards thereof, and putH5414 in the barsH1280 thereof, and reared up its pillarsH5982. 19And he spreadH6566 the tentH168 over the tabernacleH4908, and putH7760 the coveringH4372 of the tentH168 above upon it; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 20And he tookH3947 and putH5414 the testimonyH5715 into the arkH727, and setH7760 the staves on the arkH727, and putH5414 the mercy-seat above upon the arkH727: 21and he broughtH935 the arkH727 into the tabernacleH4908, and setH7760 up the veil of the screenH4539, and screened the arkH727 of the testimonyH5715; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 22And he putH5414 the tableH7979 in the tentH168 of meetingH4150, upon the sideH3409 of the tabernacleH4908 northward, without the veil. 23And he set the breadH3899 in order upon it before Jehovah; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 24And he putH7760 the candlestick in the tentH168 of meetingH4150, over against the tableH7979, on the sideH3409 of the tabernacleH4908 southward. 25And he lighted the lampsH5216 before Jehovah; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 26And he putH7760 the golden altarH4196 in the tentH168 of meetingH4150 before the veil: 27and he burnt thereon incenseH7004 of sweet spices; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 28And he putH7760 the screenH4539 of the doorH6607 to the tabernacleH4908. 29And he setH7760 the altarH4196 of burnt-offering at the doorH6607 of the tabernacleH4908 of the tentH168 of meetingH4150, and offeredH5927 upon it the burnt-offering and the meal-offering; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 30And he setH7760 the laverH3595 between the tentH168 of meetingH4150 and the altarH4196, and putH5414 waterH4325 therein, wherewith to washH7364. 31And MosesH4872 and AaronH175 and his sonsH1121 washedH7364 their handsH3027 and their feetH7272 thereat; 32whenH834 they wentH935 into the tentH168 of meetingH4150, and whenH834 they cameH935 near unto the altarH4196, they washedH7364; as Jehovah commandedH6680 MosesH4872. 33And he reared up the courtH2691 roundH5439 about the tabernacleH4908 and the altarH4196, and setH5414 up the screenH4539 of the gateH8179 of the courtH2691. So MosesH4872 finishedH3615 the workH4399.
34Then the cloudH6051 coveredH3680 the tentH168 of meetingH4150, and the gloryH3519 of Jehovah filledH4390 the tabernacleH4908. 35And MosesH4872 was not ableH3201 to enter into the tentH168 of meetingH4150, because the cloudH6051 abode thereon, and the gloryH3519 of Jehovah filledH4390 the tabernacleH4908. 36And when the cloudH6051 was taken up from over the tabernacleH4908, the children of IsraelH3478 wentH5927 onward, throughout all their journeys: 37but if the cloudH6051 was not taken up, then they journeyed not till the dayH3117 that it was taken up. 38For the cloudH6051 of Jehovah wasH1961 upon the tabernacleH4908 by dayH3119, and there wasH1961 fireH784 therein by nightH3915, in the sight of all the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, throughout all their journeys.
