2When thou passestthroughתַעֲבֹ֤רta.'a.VorH5674thewatersבַּמַּ֙יִם֙ba.Ma.yimH4325, I will be with thee; and through theriversוּבַנְּהָר֖וֹתu.va.ne.ha.RotH5104, they shall notoverflowיִשְׁטְפ֑וּךָyish.te.Fu.khaH7857thee: when thouwalkestH3212throughבְּמוֹ־be.mov-H1119thefireאֵשׁ֙'eshH784, thou shalt not beburnedתִכָּוֶ֔הti.ka.VehH3554; neither shall theflameוְלֶהָבָ֖הve.le.ha.VahH3852kindleתִבְעַר־tiv.'ar-H1197upon thee.

8Bringforthהוֹצִ֥יאho.Tzi'H3318theblindעִוֵּ֖ר'i.VerH5787peopleעַם־'am-H5971thathaveיֵ֑שׁYeshH3426eyesוְעֵינַ֣יִםve.'ei.Na.yimH5869, and thedeafוְחֵרְשִׁ֖יםve.che.re.ShimH2795that haveearsוְאָזְנַ֥יִםve.'a.ze.Na.yimH241.

12I havedeclaredהִגַּ֤דְתִּיhi.Gad.tiH5046, and havesavedוְהוֹשַׁ֙עְתִּי֙ve.ho.Sha'.tiH3467, and I haveshownוְהִשְׁמַ֔עְתִּיve.hish.Ma'.tiH8085, when there was nostrangeזָ֑רZarH2114god among you: therefore ye are mywitnessesעֵדַ֛י'e.DaiH5707,saithנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002theLORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, that I amGodאֵֽל׃'ElH410.

13Yea, before thedayמִיּוֹם֙mi.yOmH3117was I am he; and there is none that candeliverמַצִּ֑ילma.TzilH5337out of myhandמִיָּדִ֖יmi.ya.DiH3027: I willworkאֶפְעַ֖ל'ef.'AlH6466, and who shallhinderיְשִׁיבֶֽנָּה׃ סye.shi.Ve.nahH7725it?
