28If anoxשׁ֥וֹרShorH7794shallgoreיִגַּ֨חyi.GachH5055amanאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376or awomanאִשָּׁ֖ה'i.ShahH802, that theydieוָמֵ֑תva.MetH4191: then theoxהַשּׁ֗וֹרha.ShorH7794shall besurelyסָק֨וֹלsa.KolH5619stonedיִסָּקֵ֜לyi.sa.KelH5619, and hisfleshבְּשָׂר֔וֹbe.sa.RoH1320shall not beeatenיֵאָכֵל֙ye.'a.KhelH398; but theownerוּבַ֥עַלu.Va.'alH1167of theoxהַשּׁ֖וֹרha.ShorH7794shall beclearנָקִֽי׃na.KiH5355.

29But if theoxשׁוֹר֩shOrH7794was accustomed to push with hishornנַגָּ֨חna.GachH5056in timepastמִתְּמֹ֣ל שִׁלְשֹׁ֗םmi.te.Mol shil.ShomH8543 H8032, and it hath beentestifiedוְהוּעַ֤דve.hu.'AdH5749to hisownerבִּבְעָלָיו֙biv.'a.LavH1167, and he hath notrestrainedיִשְׁמְרֶ֔נּוּyish.me.Re.nuH8104him, but that he hathkilledוְהֵמִ֥יתve.he.MitH4191amanאִ֖ישׁ'ishH376or awomanאִשָּׁ֑ה'i.ShahH802; theoxהַשּׁוֹר֙ha.shOrH7794shall bestonedיִסָּקֵ֔לyi.sa.KelH5619, and hisownerבְּעָלָ֖יוbe.'a.LavH1167also shall be put todeathיוּמָֽת׃yu.MatH4191.

30If there shall belaidיוּשַׁ֣תyu.ShatH7896on him a sum ofmoneyכֹּ֖פֶרKo.ferH3724, then he shallgiveוְנָתַן֙ve.na.TanH5414for theransomפִּדְיֹ֣ןpid.YonH6306of hislifeנַפְשׁ֔וֹnaf.ShoH5315whatever islaidיוּשַׁ֖תyu.ShatH7896upon him.

31Whether he hathgoredיִגָּ֖חyi.GachH5055asonבֵ֥ןvenH1121,orH176hathgoredיִגָּ֑חyi.GachH5055adaughterבַ֣תvatH1323, according to thisjudgmentכַּמִּשְׁפָּ֥טka.mish.PatH4941shall it bedoneיֵעָ֥שֶׂהye.'A.sehH6213to him.

32If theoxהַשּׁ֖וֹרha.ShorH7794shallpushיִגַּ֥חyi.GachH5055amaleעֶ֛בֶד'E.vedH5650or femaleservantאָמָ֑ה'a.MahH519; he shallgiveיִתֵּן֙yi.TenH5414to theirmasterלַֽאדֹנָ֔יוla.do.NavH113thirtyשְׁלֹשִׁ֣יםshe.lo.ShimH7970shekelsשְׁקָלִ֗יםshe.ka.LimH8255ofsilverכֶּ֣סֶף׀Ke.sefH3701, and theoxוְהַשּׁ֖וֹרve.ha.ShorH7794shall bestonedיִסָּקֵֽל׃ סyi.sa.KelH5619.

33And if amanאִ֜ישׁ'ishH376shallopenיִפְתַּ֨חyif.TachH6605apitבּ֗וֹרBorH953, or if amanאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376shalldigיִכְרֶ֥הyikh.RehH3738apitבֹּ֖רborH953, and notcoverיְכַסֶּ֑נּוּye.khas.Se.nuH3680it, and anoxשּׁ֖וֹרShorH7794or adonkeyחֲמֽוֹר׃cha.MorH2543shallfallוְנָֽפַל־ve.na.fal-H5307into it;

34Theownerבַּ֤עַלBa.'alH1167of thepitהַבּוֹר֙ha.bOrH953shall makepaymentיְשַׁלֵּ֔םye.sha.LemH7999, andgiveיָשִׁ֣יבya.ShivH7725moneyכֶּ֖סֶףKe.sefH3701to theownerלִבְעָלָ֑יוliv.'a.LavH1167of them; and thedeadוְהַמֵּ֖תve.ha.MetH4191beast shall be his.

35And if oneman’sאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376oxH7794shallhurtיִגֹּ֧ףyi.GofH5062another’sרֵעֵ֖הוּre.'E.huH7453, that he shalldieוָמֵ֑תva.MetH4191; then they shallsellוּמָ֨כְר֜וּu.Ma.khe.RuH4376theliveהַחַי֙ha.ChaiH2416oxH7794, anddivideוְחָצ֣וּve.cha.TzuH2673themoneyכַּסְפּ֔וֹkas.PoH3701of it; and thedeadהַמֵּ֖תha.MetH4191ox also they shalldivideיֶֽחֱצֽוּן׃Ye.che.TzunH2673.
