8But thearmyחֵיל־cheil-H2428of theChaldeansכַּשְׂדִּים֙kas.DimH3778pursuedוַיִּרְדְּפ֤וּvai.yir.de.FuH7291afterאַחֲרֵ֣י'a.cha.ReiH310thekingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428, andovertookוַיַּשִּׂ֥יגוּvai.ya.Si.guH5381Zedekiahצִדְקִיָּ֖הוּtzid.ki.Ya.huH6667in theplainsבְּעַֽרְבֹ֣תbe.'ar.VotH6160ofJerichoיְרֵח֑וֹye.re.ChoH3405; andallוְכָל־ve.kholH3605hisarmyחֵיל֔וֹchei.LoH2428wasscatteredנָפֹ֖צוּna.Fo.tzuH6327from him.

9Then theytookוַֽיִּתְפְּשׂוּ֙vai.yit.pe.SuH8610thekingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428, andcarriedH5927himupH5927unto thekingמֶ֧לֶךְMe.lekhH4428ofBabylonבָּבֶ֛לba.VelH894toRiblahרִבְלָ֖תָהriv.La.tahH7247in thelandבְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776ofHamathחֲמָ֑תcha.MatH2574; and he gavejudgmentמִשְׁפָּטִֽים׃mish.pa.TimH4941uponאֶל־'el-H413him.
