Isaiah 28:9-17

9Whomמִי֙miH4310will heteachיוֹרֶ֣הyo.RehH3384knowledgeדֵעָ֔הde.'AhH1844? andwhomמִ֖יmiH4310will he make tounderstandיָבִ֣יןya.VinH995themessageשְׁמוּעָ֑הshe.mu.'AhH8052? them that areweanedגְּמוּלֵי֙ge.mu.LeiH1580from themilkמֵֽחָלָ֔בme.cha.LavH2461, and drawn from thebreastsמִשָּׁדָֽיִם׃mi.sha.Da.yimH7699?

10For it is precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line;hereH8033alittleזְעֵ֥ירze.'EirH2191, there alittleזְעֵ֥ירze.'EirH2191.

11Nay, but bymenH5971of strangelipsשָׂפָ֔הsa.FahH8193and withanotherאַחֶ֑רֶת'a.Che.retH312tongueוּבְלָשׁ֖וֹןu.ve.la.ShonH3956will hespeakיְדַבֵּ֖רye.da.BerH1696to thispeopleהָעָ֥םha.'AmH5971:

12towhomאֲשֶׁ֣ר׀'a.SherH834hesaidאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559, This is therestהָנִ֣יחוּha.Ni.chuH5117,giveH5117yerestH5117to him that iswearyלֶֽעָיֵ֔ףle.'a.YefH5889; and this is the refreshing: yet they wouldnotוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808hearשְׁמֽוֹעַ׃she.Mo.a'H8085.
