8IfH518sheאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834pleasenotH3808herH518masterאֲדֹנֶ֛יהָ'a.do.Nei.haH113, who hath espousedherH518tohimselfH3808, then shall heletH3808herH518beredeemedוְהֶפְדָּ֑הּve.hef.DahH6299: tosellלְמָכְרָ֖הּle.ma.khe.RahH4376herH518unto a strangepeopleלְעַ֥םle.'AmH5971he shall havenoH3808power, seeing he hathdealtבְּבִגְדוֹ־be.vig.dov-H898deceitfullyH898withherH518.

10Ifאִם־'im-H518hetakeיִֽקַּֽח־yi.kach-H3947himanotherאַחֶ֖רֶת'a.Che.retH312wife;herH3947foodשְׁאֵרָ֛הּshe.'e.RahH7607,herH3947raiment, andherH3947duty of marriage, shall henotלֹ֥אlo'H3808diminish.

12He that smiteth amanאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376,soH4191that hedieH4191, shallsurelyH4191beputH4191todeathH4191.

13AndifH834a man lienotלֹ֣אlo'H3808in wait, butGodוְהָאֱלֹהִ֖יםve.ha.'E.lo.HimH430deliver himintoH3027hishandלְיָד֑וֹle.ya.DoH3027; then I willappointוְשַׂמְתִּ֤יve.sam.TiH7760thee aplaceמָק֔וֹםma.KomH4725whither he shallfleeיָנ֖וּסya.NusH5127.

14Andifוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588amanאִ֛ישׁ'ishH376comepresumptuouslyיָזִ֥דya.ZidH2102uponעַל־'al-H5921his neighbour, toslayלְהָרְג֣וֹle.ha.re.GoH2026him with guile; thou shalttakeתִּקָּחֶ֖נּוּti.ka.Che.nuH3947him frommineמֵעִ֣םme.'ImH5973altarמִזְבְּחִ֔יmiz.be.ChiH4196, that he maydieלָמֽוּת׃ סla.MutH4191.

15And he that smiteth hisfatherאָבִ֛יו'a.VivH1, or hismotherוְאִמּ֖וֹve.'i.MoH517, shall besurelyH4191putH4191todeathH4191.

16And he that stealeth amanH376, and selleth him, orifH376he befoundוְנִמְצָ֥אve.nim.Tza'H4672in hishandבְיָד֖וֹve.ya.DoH3027, he shallsurelyH4191beputH4191todeathH4191.

17And he that curseth hisfatherאָבִ֛יו'a.VivH1, or hismotherוְאִמּ֖וֹve.'i.MoH517, shallsurelyH4191beputH4191todeathH4191.

18Andifוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588menאִישׁ֙'ishH376contendיְרִיבֻ֣ןye.ri.VunH7378, and one smiteth theotherרֵעֵ֔הוּre.'E.huH7453with astoneבְּאֶ֖בֶןbe.'E.venH68, or with hisfistבְאֶגְרֹ֑ףve.'eg.RofH106, and hedieיָמ֖וּתya.MutH4191notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808, but keep hisbedלְמִשְׁכָּֽב׃le.mish.KavH4904:

19ifאִם־'im-H518heriseH6965againH6965, andwalkוְהִתְהַלֵּ֥ךְve.hit.ha.LekhH1980abroadבַּח֛וּץba.ChutzH2351uponעַל־'al-H5921hisstaffמִשְׁעַנְתּ֖וֹmish.'an.ToH4938, then shall he thatsmoteהַמַּכֶּ֑הha.ma.KehH5221him be quit:onlyרַ֥קrakH7535he shallpayH5414for thelossשִׁבְתּ֛וֹshiv.ToH7674of his time, and shallcauseH5414him to be thoroughlyhealedH7495.

20AndifH3588amanאִ֨ישׁ'ishH376smiteיַכֶּה֩ya.KehH5221hisservantעַבְדּ֜וֹav.DoH5650, or hismaidאֲמָתוֹ֙'a.ma.ToH519, with arodבַּשֵּׁ֔בֶטba.She.vetH7626, and hedieוּמֵ֖תu.MetH4191underתַּ֣חַתTa.chatH8478hishandיָד֑וֹya.DoH3027; he shallsurelyH3588bepunishedH5358.

21Notwithstanding,ifאִם־'im-H518hecontinueיַעֲמֹ֑דya.'a.ModH5975adayH3117ortwoH3808, he shallnotH3808bepunishedיֻקַּ֔םyu.KamH5358: for he is hismoneyכַסְפּ֖וֹkhas.PoH3701.

22AndifH3588menH376strivetogetherH5921, and hurt awomanאִשָּׁ֤ה'i.ShahH802withchildיְלָדֶ֔יהָye.la.Dei.haH3206,soH1961thatherH5921fruitdepartוְיָצְא֣וּve.ya.tze.'UH3318, and yetnoוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808mischieffollowH1961: he shall besurelyH3588finedH6064,accordingH5921as thewoman’sהָֽאִשָּׁ֔הha.'i.ShahH802husbandH376shalllayH5414uponH5921him; and he shallpayH5414as thejudgesבִּפְלִלִֽים׃bif.li.LimH6414determine.

26Andifוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588amanאִ֜ישׁ'ishH376smiteיַכֶּ֨הya.KehH5221theeyeH5869of hisservantעַבְדּ֛וֹav.DoH5650, or theeyeH5869of hismaidאֲמָת֖וֹ'a.ma.ToH519, anddestroyוְשִֽׁחֲתָ֑הּve.shi.cha.TahH7843it; he shallletH7971himgoH7971freeלַֽחָפְשִׁ֥יla.cha.fe.ShiH2670for his eye’s sake.

27Andifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518he smiteoutH7971his manservant’stoothH8127, or his maidservant’stoothH8127; he shallletH7971himgoH7971freeלַֽחָפְשִׁ֥יla.cha.fe.ShiH2670for his tooth’s sake.

31WhetherH176he have gored asonבֵ֥ןvenH1121, or have gored adaughterבַ֣תvatH1323,accordingH4941to thisjudgmentכַּמִּשְׁפָּ֥טka.mish.PatH4941shall it bedoneיֵעָ֥שֶׂהye.'A.sehH6213unto him.

32Ifאִם־'im-H518theoxהַשּׁ֖וֹרha.ShorH7794goreיִגַּ֥חyi.GachH5055a manservant or amaidservantאָמָ֑ה'a.MahH519; he shallgiveיִתֵּן֙yi.TenH5414unto theirmasterלַֽאדֹנָ֔יוla.do.NavH113thirtyשְׁלֹשִׁ֣יםshe.lo.ShimH7970shekelsשְׁקָלִ֗יםshe.ka.LimH8255ofsilverכֶּ֣סֶף׀Ke.sefH3701, and theoxוְהַשּׁ֖וֹרve.ha.ShorH7794shall bestonedיִסָּקֵֽל׃ סyi.sa.KelH5619.
