9Therefore, behold, I will openפֹתֵ֜חַfo.Te.achH6605the sideכֶּ֤תֶףKe.tefH3802of Moabמוֹאָב֙mo.'AvH4124from the citiesמֵהֶ֣עָרִ֔יםme.He.'a.RimH5892,from his citiesמֵֽעָרָ֖יוme.'a.RavH5892which areon his frontiersמִקָּצֵ֑הוּmi.ka.Tze.huH7097,the gloryצְבִ֗יtze.ViH6643of the countryאֶ֚רֶץ'E.retzH776,Beth–jeshimothH1020,Baal–meonH1186,and Kiriathaimוְקִרְיָתָֽיְמָה׃ve.kir.ya.te.mahH7156,

10Unto the menלִבְנֵי־liv.nei-H1121of the eastקֶ֙דֶם֙ke.demH6924with the Ammonitesבְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֔וֹןbe.Nei a.MonH5983 H1121,and will giveוּנְתַתִּ֖יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414them in possessionלְמֽוֹרָשָׁ֑הle.mo.ra.ShahH4181,that the Ammonitesבְּנֵֽי־ עַמּ֖וֹןbe.nei- a.MonH5983 H1121may not be rememberedתִזָּכֵ֥רti.za.KherH2142among the nationsבַּגּוֹיִֽם׃ba.go.YimH1471.

11And I will executeאֶעֱשֶׂ֣ה'e.'e.SehH6213judgmentsשְׁפָטִ֑יםshe.fa.TimH8201upon Moabוּבְמוֹאָ֖בu.ve.mo.'AvH4124;and they shall knowוְיָדְע֖וּve.ya.de.'UH3045that I amYhwhיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

12Thus saithאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069;Because that Edomאֱד֛וֹם'e.DomH123hath dealtעֲשׂ֥וֹתa.SotH6213against the houseלְבֵ֣יתle.VeitH1004of Judahיְהוּדָ֑הye.hu.DahH3063by takingבִּנְקֹ֥םbin.KomH5358vengeanceנָקָ֖םna.KamH5359,and hath greatlyוַיֶּאְשְׁמ֥וּvai.ye'.she.MuH816offendedאָשׁ֖וֹם'a.ShomH816,and revengedוְנִקְּמ֥וּve.ni.ke.MuH5358himself upon them;

13Therefore thus saithאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069;I will also stretch outוְנָטִ֤תִיve.na.Ti.tiH5186mine handיָדִי֙ya.DiH3027upon Edomאֱד֔וֹם'e.DomH123,and will cut offוְהִכְרַתִּ֥יve.hikh.ra.TiH3772manאָדָ֣ם'a.DamH120and beastוּבְהֵמָ֑הu.ve.he.MahH929from it; and I will makeוּנְתַתִּ֤יהָu.ne.ta.Ti.haH5414it desolateחָרְבָּה֙cha.re.BahH2723from Temanמִתֵּימָ֔ןmi.tei.ManH8487;and they of Dedanוּדְדָ֖נֶהu.de.Da.nehH1719shall fallיִפֹּֽלוּ׃yi.Po.luH5307by the swordבַּחֶ֥רֶבba.Che.revH2719.

14And I will layוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414my vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֜יnik.ma.TiH5360upon Edomבֶּאֱד֗וֹםbe.'e.DomH123by the handבְּיַד֙be.YadH3027of my peopleעַמִּ֣י'a.MiH5971Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478:and they shall doוְעָשׂ֣וּve.'a.SuH6213in Edomבֶאֱד֔וֹםve.'e.DomH123according to mine angerכְּאַפִּ֖יke.'a.PiH639and according to my furyוְכַחֲמָתִ֑יve.kha.cha.ma.TiH2534;and they shall knowוְיָֽדְעוּ֙ve.ya.de.'UH3045my vengeanceנִקְמָתִ֔יnik.ma.TiH5360,saithנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִֽה׃ פYah.wehH3069.

15Thus saithאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136Yhwhיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069;Because the Philistinesפְּלִשְׁתִּ֖יםpe.lish.TimH6430have dealtעֲשׂ֥וֹתa.SotH6213by revengeבִּנְקָמָ֑הbin.ka.MahH5360,and have takenוַיִּנָּקְמ֤וּvai.yi.na.ke.MuH5358vengeanceנָקָם֙na.KamH5359with a despitefulבִּשְׁאָ֣טbish.'AtH7589heartבְּנֶ֔פֶשׁbe.Ne.feshH5315,to destroyלְמַשְׁחִ֖יתle.mash.ChitH4889itfor the oldעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769hatredאֵיבַ֥ת'ei.VatH342;
