24In those daysבַּיָּמִ֣יםbai.ya.MimH3117HezekiahH3169was sickחָלָ֥הcha.LahH2470to the deathלָמ֑וּתla.MutH4191,and prayedוַיִּתְפַּלֵּל֙vai.yit.pa.LelH6419unto Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068:and he spakeוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto him, and he gaveנָ֥תַןNa.tanH5414him a signוּמוֹפֵ֖תu.mo.FetH4159.

25But HezekiahH3169rendered not againהֵשִׁ֣יבhe.ShivH7725according to the benefitכִגְמֻ֤לkhig.MulH1576doneunto him; for his heartלִבּ֑וֹli.BoH3820was lifted upגָבַ֖הּga.VahH1361:therefore there was wrathקֶ֔צֶףKe.tzefH7110upon him, and upon Judahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063and Jerusalemוִירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃vi.ru.sha.LimH3389.

26Notwithstanding HezekiahH3169humbledוַיִּכָּנַ֤עvai.yi.ka.Na'H3665himself for the prideבְּגֹ֣בַהּbe.GoahH1363of his heartלִבּ֔וֹli.BoH3820, bothhe and the inhabitantsוְיֹשְׁבֵ֣יve.yo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389,so that the wrathקֶ֣צֶףKe.tzefH7110of Yhwhיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068cameבָ֤אva'H935not upon them in the daysבִּימֵ֖יbi.MeiH3117of HezekiahH3169.

27And HezekiahH3169had exceedingמְאֹ֑דme.'OdH3966muchהַרְבֵּ֣הhar.BehH7235richesעֹ֥שֶׁר'O.sherH6239and honourוְכָב֖וֹדve.kha.VodH3519:and he madeעָֽשָׂה־'a.sah-H6213himself treasuriesוְאֹֽצָר֣וֹתve.'o.tza.RotH214for silverלְכֶ֨סֶףle.Khe.sefH3701,and for goldוּלְזָהָ֜בu.le.za.HavH2091,and for preciousיְקָרָ֗הye.ka.RahH3368stonesוּלְאֶ֣בֶןu.le.'E.venH68,and for spicesוְלִבְשָׂמִים֙ve.liv.sa.MimH1314,and for shieldsוּלְמָ֣גִנִּ֔יםu.le.Ma.gi.NimH4043,and for all manner of pleasantחֶמְדָּֽה׃chem.DahH2532jewelsכְּלֵ֥יke.LeiH3627;

28Storehousesוּמִ֨סְכְּנ֔וֹתu.Mis.ke.NotH4543also for the increaseלִתְבוּאַ֥תlit.vu.'AtH8393of grainדָּגָ֖ןda.GanH1715,and wineוְתִיר֣וֹשׁve.ti.Ro.oshH8492,and oilוְיִצְהָ֑רve.yitz.HarH3323;and stallsוְאֻֽרָוֹת֙ve.'u.ra.VotH723for all manner of beastsH929,and cotesלָאֲוֵרֽוֹת׃la.'a.ve.RotH220for flocksוַעֲדָרִ֖יםva.'a.da.RimH5739.

29Moreover he providedעָ֣שָׂה'A.sahH6213him citiesוְעָרִים֙ve.'a.RimH5892,and possessionsוּמִקְנֵה־u.mik.neh-H4735of flocksצֹ֥אןtzonH6629and herdsוּבָקָ֖רu.va.KarH1241in abundanceלָרֹ֑בla.RoH7230:for Godאֱלֹהִ֔ים'E.lo.HimH430had givenנָֽתַן־na.tan-H5414him substanceרְכ֖וּשׁre.KhushH7399veryמְאֹֽד׃me.'OdH3966muchרַ֥בravH7227.

30This same HezekiahH3169also stoppedסָתַם֙sa.TamH5640the upperהָֽעֶלְי֔וֹןha.'el.YonH5945watercourseמוֹצָ֞א מֵימֵ֤יmo.Tza' mei.MeiH4325 H4161of Gihonגִיחוֹן֙gi.chOnH1521,and brought it straightוַֽיַּישְּׁרֵ֥םvai.yaishsh.RemH3474downלְמַֽטָּה־le.ma.tah-H4295to the west sideמַּעְרָ֖בָהma'.Ra.vahH4628of the cityלְעִ֣ירle.'IrH5892of Davidדָּוִ֑ידda.VidH1732.And HezekiahH3169prosperedוַיַּצְלַ֥חvai.yatz.LachH6743in all his worksמַעֲשֵֽׂהוּ׃ma.'a.Se.huH4639.
