2Thekingsמַלְכֵי־mal.khei-H4428of the earthאֶ֗רֶץ'E.retzH776takeיִ֥תְיַצְּב֨וּ׀yit.ya.tze.VuH3320their standH3320And the rulersוְרוֹזְנִ֥יםve.roz.NimH7336conspireנֽוֹסְדוּ־nos.du-H3245togetherיָ֑חַדYa.chadH3162Againstעַל־'al-H5921the Lordיְ֝הוָהYah.wehH3068and againstוְעַל־ve.'al-H5921HisAnointedמְשִׁיחֽוֹ׃me.shi.ChoH4899, saying,

3“Let’stearנְֽ֭נַתְּקָהNe.na.te.kahH5423their shacklesמֽוֹסְרוֹתֵ֑ימוֹmos.ro.Tei.movH4147apartH5423And throwוְנַשְׁלִ֖יכָהve.nash.Li.khahH7993their ropesעֲבֹתֵֽימוֹ׃'a.vo.Tei.movH5688awayH7993from us!”

4He whositsיוֹשֵׁ֣בyo.ShevH3427in the heavensבַּשָּׁמַ֣יִםba.sha.Ma.yimH8064laughsיִשְׂחָ֑קyis.ChakH7832,The Lordאֲ֝דֹנָ֗י'a.do.NaiH136scoffsיִלְעַג־yil.'ag-H3932at them.

5Thenאָ֤ז'azH227He will speakיְדַבֵּ֣רye.da.BerH1696to them in Hisangerבְאַפּ֑וֹve.'a.PoH639Andterrifyיְבַהֲלֵֽמוֹ׃ye.va.ha.Le.movH926them in His furyוּֽבַחֲרוֹנ֥וֹu.va.cha.ro.NoH2740, saying,

6“But as for Me, I have installedנָסַ֣כְתִּיna.Sakh.tiH5258My Kingמַלְכִּ֑יmal.KiH4428Upon Zionצִ֝יּ֗וֹןtzi.YonH6726,My holyקָדְשִֽׁי׃kod.shiH6944mountainהַר־har-H2022.”

7“I will announceאֲסַפְּרָ֗ה'a.sa.pe.RahH5608thedecreeחֹ֥קchokH2706of the Lordיְֽהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068:He saidאָמַ֘ר'a.MarH559to Me, ‘You areMy Sonבְּנִ֥יbe.NiH1121,Todayהַיּ֥וֹםhai.YomH3117I have fatheredיְלִדְתִּֽיךָ׃ye.lid.Ti.khaH3205You.

8Askשְׁאַ֤לshe.'AlH7592it of Me, andI will certainly giveוְאֶתְּנָ֣הve.'e.te.NahH5414thenationsג֭וֹיִםGo.yimH1471as Your inheritanceנַחֲלָתֶ֑ךָna.cha.la.Te.khaH5159, And theendsאַפְסֵי־'af.sei-H657of the earthאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776as Your possessionוַ֝אֲחֻזָּתְךָ֗va.'a.chu.za.te.khaH272.

9You shallbreakתְּ֭רֹעֵםTe.ro.'emH7489them with arodבְּשֵׁ֣בֶטbe.She.vetH7626of ironבַּרְזֶ֑לbar.ZelH1270, You shallshatterתְּנַפְּצֵֽם׃te.na.pe.TzemH5310them likeearthenwareכִּכְלִ֖י יוֹצֵ֣רkikh.Li yo.TzerH3627 H3335.’”

10Nowוְ֭עַתָּהVe.'a.tahH6258then, you kingsמְלָכִ֣יםme.la.KhimH4428,useH7919insightH7919;Let yourselves be instructedהִ֝וָּסְר֗וּhi.va.se.RuH3256, youjudgesשֹׁ֣פְטֵיSho.fe.teiH8199of the earthאָֽרֶץ׃'A.retzH776.

11Serveעִבְד֣וּ'iv.DuH5647the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068withreverenceבְּיִרְאָ֑הbe.yir.'AhH3374And rejoiceוְ֝גִ֗ילוּve.Gi.luH1523withtremblingבִּרְעָדָֽה׃bir.'a.DahH7461.

12Kissנַשְּׁקוּ־na.she.ku-H5401the SonH1248,that He not be angryיֶאֱנַ֤ף׀ye.'e.NafH599and you perishוְתֹ֬אבְדוּve.Toe.duH6onthe wayדֶ֗רֶךְDe.rekhH1870, ForHis wrathאַפּ֑וֹ'a.PoH639may be kindledיִבְעַ֣רyiv.'ArH1197quicklyכִּמְעַ֣טkim.'AtH4592.How blessedאַ֝שְׁרֵ֗י'ash.ReiH835are allכָּל־kol-H3605whotakeH2620refugeח֥וֹסֵיCho.seiH2620in Him!
