24Andhe shall batheוְרָחַ֨ץve.ra.ChatzH7364hisbodyבְּשָׂר֤וֹbe.sa.RoH1320with waterבַמַּ֙יִם֙va.Ma.yimH4325in a holyקָד֔וֹשׁka.Do.oshH6918placeבְּמָק֣וֹםbe.ma.KomH4725and putוְלָבַ֖שׁve.la.VashH3847onH3847his clothesבְּגָדָ֑יוbe.ga.DavH899,and comeוְיָצָ֗אve.ya.Tza'H3318outH3318and offerוְעָשָׂ֤הve.'a.SahH6213his burntעֹֽלָתוֹ֙o.la.ToH5930offeringעֹלַ֣ת'o.LatH5930and the burntH5930offeringH5930of the peopleהָעָ֔םha.'AmH5971,and makeוְכִפֶּ֥רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722for himself and for the peopleהָעָֽם׃ha.'AmH5971.

25Then he shall offerH6999upH6999inH6999smokeיַקְטִ֥ירyak.TirH6999the fatחֵ֥לֶבChe.levH2459of the sinהַֽחַטָּ֖אתha.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403on the altarהַמִּזְבֵּֽחָה׃ha.miz.Be.chahH4196.

26The one who releasedוְהַֽמְשַׁלֵּ֤חַve.ham.sha.Le.achH7971the goatהַשָּׂעִיר֙ha.sa.'IrH8163as thescapegoatלַֽעֲזָאזֵ֔לla.'a.za.ZelH5799shall washיְכַבֵּ֣סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֔יוbe.ga.DavH899and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364hisbodyבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320with waterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325;then afterwardוְאַחֲרֵי־ כֵ֖ןve.'a.cha.rei- khenH310 H3651he shall comeיָב֥וֹאya.Vo'H935into the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃Ha.ma.cha.NehH4264.

27But the bullפַּ֨רparH6499of thesinהַֽחַטָּ֜אתha.cha.TatH2403offeringהַֽחַטָּ֗אתha.cha.TatH2403and the goatשְׂעִ֣ירse.'IrH8163of thesinH2403offeringH2403,whoseאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834bloodדָּמָם֙da.MamH1818was broughtH935inH935to makeלְכַפֵּ֣רle.kha.PerH3722atonementH3722in the Holyבַּקֹּ֔דֶשׁba.Ko.deshH6944PlaceH6944,shall be takenיוֹצִ֖יאyo.Tzi'H3318outsideאֶל־ מִח֣וּץ'el- mi.ChutzH413 H4480 H2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑הla.ma.cha.NehH4264,and they shall burnוְשָׂרְפ֣וּve.sa.re.FuH8313their hidesעֹרֹתָ֥ם'o.ro.TamH5785,their fleshבְּשָׂרָ֖םbe.sa.RamH1320,and their refuseפִּרְשָֽׁם׃pir.ShamH6569in the fireבָאֵ֔שׁva.'EshH784.

28Then theone who burnsוְהַשֹּׂרֵ֣ףve.ha.so.RefH8313them shall washיְכַבֵּ֣סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֔יוbe.ga.DavH899and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his bodyבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320with waterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325;and afterwardוְאַחֲרֵי־ כֵ֖ןve.'a.cha.rei- khenH310 H3651he shall comeיָב֥וֹאya.Vo'H935into the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶֽה׃Ha.ma.cha.NehH4264.

29“Thisshall be a permanentעוֹלָ֑םo.LamH5769statuteלְחֻקַּ֣תle.chu.KatH2708for you:in the seventhהַ֠שְּׁבִיעִיHa.she.vi.'iH7637monthבַּחֹ֣דֶשׁba.Cho.deshH2320,on the tenthבֶּֽעָשׂ֨וֹרbe.'a.SorH6218day of the monthלַחֹ֜דֶשׁla.Cho.deshH2320,you shall humbleתְּעַנּ֣וּte.'a.NuH6031yourselvesנַפְשֹֽׁתֵיכֶ֗םnaf.sho.tei.KhemH5315and notdoתַעֲשׂ֔וּta.'a.SuH6213anyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605workמְלָאכָה֙me.la.KhahH4399,whether the nativeהָֽאֶזְרָ֔חha.'ez.RachH249,or the strangerוְהַגֵּ֖רve.ha.GerH1616who residesהַגָּ֥רha.GarH1481amongבְּתוֹכְכֶֽם׃be.tokh.KhemH8432you;

30for it is on thisהַזֶּ֛הha.ZehH2088dayבַיּ֥וֹםvai.YomH3117thatatonementיְכַפֵּ֥רye.kha.PerH3722shall be madeH3722for you tocleanseH2891you; you will beH2891cleanH2891from allמִכֹּל֙mi.KolH3605your sinsחַטֹּ֣אתֵיכֶ֔םcha.To.tei.KhemH2403beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068.

31It is to be a Sabbathשַׁבַּ֨תsha.BatH7676of solemnH7677restH7677for you, so that you mayhumbleוְעִנִּיתֶ֖םve.'i.ni.TemH6031yourselvesנַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶ֑םnaf.sho.tei.KhemH5315;it is a permanentעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769statuteחֻקַּ֖תchu.KatH2708.

32So the priestהַכֹּהֵ֜ןha.ko.HenH3548whoH834is anointedיִמְשַׁ֣חyim.ShachH4886andordainedיְמַלֵּא֙ יָד֔וֹye.ma.Le' ya.DoH4390 H3027to serveלְכַהֵ֖ןle.kha.HenH3547asH3547priestH3547inH8478his father’sאָבִ֑יו'a.VivH1placeתַּ֣חַתTa.chatH8478shall makeוְכִפֶּ֨רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722:he shall putH3847onH3847the linenהַבָּ֖דha.BadH906garmentsבִּגְדֵ֥יbig.DeiH899,the holyהַקֹּֽדֶשׁ׃ha.Ko.deshH6944garmentsבִּגְדֵ֥יbig.DeiH899,

33and makeוְכִפֶּר֙ve.khi.PerH3722atonementיְכַפֵּ֑רye.kha.PerH3722for the holyהַקֹּ֔דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944sanctuaryמִקְדַּ֣שׁmik.DashH4720,and he shall makeיְכַפֵּֽר׃ye.kha.PerH3722atonementH3722for the tentאֹ֧הֶל'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵ֛דmo.'EdH4150and for the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַha.miz.Be.achH4196.He shall also makeH3722atonementH3722forthe priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֛יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548and for allכָּל־kol-H3605the peopleעַ֥ם'amH5971of the assemblyהַקָּהָ֖לha.ka.HalH6951.

34Now you shall haveוְהָֽיְתָה־ve.ha.ye.tah-H1961thisH2088as apermanentעוֹלָ֗םo.LamH5769statuteלְחֻקַּ֣תle.chu.KatH2708, tomakeלְכַפֵּ֞רle.kha.PerH3722atonementH3722for the sonsבְּנֵ֤יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478for allמִכָּל־mi.kolH3605their sinsחַטֹּאתָ֔םcha.to.TamH2403onceאַחַ֖ת'a.ChatH259every yearבַּשָּׁנָ֑הba.sha.NahH8141.”And justH3512asH3512the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068had commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃ פmo.ShehH4872, sohe didוַיַּ֕עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213.
