4He shall putH3847onH3847theholyקֹ֜דֶשׁKo.deshH6944linenבַּ֨דbadH906tunicכְּתֹֽנֶת־ke.to.net-H3801,and the linenבַד֮vadH906undergarmentsוּמִֽכְנְסֵי־u.mikh.ne.sei-H4370shall be nextעַל־'al-H5921to hisbodyבְּשָׂרוֹ֒be.sa.RoH1320,and he shall be wrappedH2296aboutH2296theH2296waistH2296with the linenבַּד֙badH906sashוּבְאַבְנֵ֥טu.ve.'av.NetH73and the linenבַּ֖דbadH906turbanוּבְמִצְנֶ֥פֶתu.ve.mitz.Ne.fetH4701woundH6801aroundH6801his forehead (theseהֵ֔םHemH1992are holyקֹ֣דֶשׁKo.deshH6944garmentsבִּגְדֵי־big.dei-H899). 6ThenAaronאַהֲרֹ֛ן'a.ha.RonH175shall offerוְהִקְרִ֧יבve.hik.RivH7126the bullפַּ֥רparH6499as thesinהַחַטָּ֖אתha.cha.TatH2403offeringH2403,whichאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834is for himself, so that he may makeוְכִפֶּ֥רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722for himself and for his householdבֵּיתֽוֹ׃bei.ToH1004.

7He shall then takeוְלָקַ֖חve.la.KachH3947the twoשְׁנֵ֣יshe.NeiH8147goatsהַשְּׂעִירִ֑םha.se.'i.RimH8163and presentוְהֶעֱמִ֤ידve.he.'e.MidH5975them beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068at the doorwayפֶּ֖תַחPe.tachH6607of the tentאֹ֥הֶל'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵֽד׃mo.'EdH4150.

8Aaronאַהֲרֹ֛ן'a.ha.RonH175shall castוְנָתַ֧ןve.na.TanH5414lotsגּוֹרָל֑וֹתgo.ra.LotH1486for the twoשְׁנֵ֥יshe.NeiH8147goatsהַשְּׂעִירִ֖םha.se.'i.RimH8163,oneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259lotגּוֹרָ֤לgo.RalH1486for the Lordלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068and the otherאֶחָ֖ד'e.ChadH259lotוְגוֹרָ֥לve.go.RalH1486for thescapegoatלַעֲזָאזֵֽל׃la.'a.za.ZelH5799.

9Then Aaronאַהֲרֹן֙'a.ha.RonH175shall offerוְהִקְרִ֤יבve.hik.RivH7126the goatH5795on whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the lotהַגּוֹרָ֖לha.go.RalH1486for the Lordלַיהוָ֑הla.Yah.wehH3068fellעָלָ֥ה'a.LahH5927,and makeוְעָשָׂ֖הוּve.'a.Sa.huH6213it asinחַטָּֽאת׃cha.TatH2403offeringH2403.

10But the goatH5795on whichאֲשֶׁר֩'a.SherH834the lotהַגּוֹרָל֙ha.go.RalH1486for thescapegoatלַעֲזָאזֵ֔לla.'a.za.ZelH5799fellעָלָ֨ה'a.LahH5927shall be presentedיָֽעֳמַד־yo.'o.mad-H5975aliveחַ֛יchaiH2416beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,to makeלְכַפֵּ֣רle.kha.PerH3722atonementH3722upon it, to sendלְשַׁלַּ֥חle.sha.LachH7971it into the wildernessהַמִּדְבָּֽרָה׃ha.mid.Ba.rahH4057as thescapegoatלַעֲזָאזֵ֖לla.'a.za.ZelH5799.

13He shall putוְנָתַ֧ןve.na.TanH5414the incenseהַקְּטֹ֛רֶתha.ke.To.retH7004on the fireהָאֵ֖שׁha.'EshH784beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,so that the cloudעֲנַ֣ן'a.NanH6051of incenseהַקְּטֹ֗רֶתha.ke.To.retH7004may coverוְכִסָּ֣ה׀ve.khi.SahH3680theatoningH3727coverהַכַּפֹּ֛רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727that is on the ark ofthe testimonyהָעֵד֖וּתha.'e.DutH5715,otherwiseוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808he will dieיָמֽוּת׃ya.MutH4191.

14Moreover,he shall takeוְלָקַח֙ve.la.KachH3947someH4480of the bloodמִדַּ֣םmi.DamH1818of the bullהַפָּ֔רha.ParH6499and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֧הve.hi.ZahH5137itwith his fingerבְאֶצְבָּע֛וֹve.'etz.ba.'OH676on the atoningH3727coverהַכַּפֹּ֖רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727on the eastקֵ֑דְמָהKe.de.mahH6924side;also in frontH6440of the atoningH3727coverהַכַּפֹּ֗רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727he shall sprinkleיַזֶּ֧הya.ZehH5137someH4480of the bloodהַדָּ֖םha.DamH1818with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּעֽוֹ׃be.'etz.ba.'OH676sevenשֶֽׁבַע־she.va'-H7651timesפְּעָמִ֛יםpe.'a.MimH6471.

15“Then he shall slaughterוְשָׁחַ֞טve.sha.ChatH7819the goatH5795of the sinהַֽחַטָּאת֙ha.cha.taTH2403offeringH2403,whichH834is for the peopleלָעָ֔םla.'AmH5971,and bringוְהֵבִיא֙ve.he.Vi'H935its bloodדָּמ֔וֹda.MoH1818insideאֶל־ מִבֵּ֖ית'el- mi.BeitH413 H4480 H1004the veilלַפָּרֹ֑כֶתla.pa.Ro.khetH6532and doוְעָשָׂ֣הve.'a.SahH6213with its bloodדָּמ֗וֹda.MoH1818as he didעָשָׂה֙'a.SahH6213with the bloodלְדַ֣םle.DamH1818of the bullהַפָּ֔רha.ParH6499,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֥הve.hi.ZahH5137it on the atoningH3727coverהַכַּפֹּ֖רֶתha.ka.Po.retH3727and in frontוְלִפְנֵ֥יve.lif.NeiH6440of the atoningH3727coverהַכַּפֹּֽרֶת׃ha.ka.Po.retH3727.

16He shall makeוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722for the Holyהַקֹּ֗דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944PlaceH6944,becauseH4480of the impuritiesמִטֻּמְאֹת֙mi.tum.'OtH2932of the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478and becauseH4480of their unlawfulH6588actsH6588regarding allלְכָל־le.kholH3605their sinsחַטֹּאתָ֑םcha.to.TamH2403;and he shall doיַעֲשֶׂה֙ya.'a.SehH6213soוְכֵ֤ןve.KhenH3651for the tentלְאֹ֣הֶלle.'O.helH168of meetingמוֹעֵ֔דmo.'EdH4150which remainsהַשֹּׁכֵ֣ןha.sho.KhenH7931with them in the midstבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of their impuritiesטֻמְאֹתָֽם׃tum.'o.TamH2932.

18Then he shall goוְיָצָ֗אve.ya.Tza'H3318outH3318to the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֛חַha.miz.Be.achH4196that is beforeלִפְנֵֽי־lif.nei-H6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068and makeוְכִפֶּ֣רve.khi.PerH3722atonementH3722for it; he shall takeוְלָקַ֞חve.la.KachH3947someH4480of the bloodמִדַּ֤םmi.DamH1818from the bullהַפָּר֙ha.ParH6499and someof the bloodוּמִדַּ֣םu.mi.DamH1818from the goatH5795, andputוְנָתַ֛ןve.na.TanH5414it on the hornsקַרְנ֥וֹתkar.NotH7161of the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֖חַha.miz.Be.achH4196on allH5439sidesH5439.
