Exodus 3:14-22
14GodH430 saidH559 to MosesH4872, “12I AMH1961 WHOH834 3I AMH1961”; and He saidH559, “ThusH3541 you shall sayH559 to the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478, ‘4I AMH1961 has sentH7971 me to you.’”
15GodH430, furthermoreH5750, saidH559 to MosesH4872, “ThusH3541 you shall sayH559 to the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478, ‘5The LordH3068, the GodH430 of your fathersH1, the GodH430 of AbrahamH85, the GodH430 of IsaacH3327, and the GodH430 of JacobH3290, has sentH7971 me to you.’ ThisH2088 is My nameH8034 foreverH5769, and thisH2088 is My 6memorial-nameH2143 7to allH1755 generationsH1755.
16GoH1980 and 8gatherH622 the eldersH2205 of IsraelH3478 together and sayH559 to them, ‘9The LordH3068, the GodH430 of your fathersH1, the GodH430 of AbrahamH85, IsaacH3327 and JacobH3290, has appearedH7200 to me, sayingH559, “1011I amH6485 indeedH6485 concernedH6485 about you and what has been doneH6213 to you in EgyptH4714.
17So 12I saidH559, I will bringH5927 you up out of the afflictionH6040 of EgyptH4714 to the landH776 of 13the CanaaniteH3669 and the HittiteH2850 and the AmoriteH567 and the PerizziteH6522 and the HiviteH2340 and the JebusiteH2983, to a landH776 14flowingH2100 with milkH2461 and honeyH1706.”’
1815They will 16payH8085 heedH8085 to whatH6963 you sayH6963; and 17you with the eldersH2205 of IsraelH3478 will comeH935 to the kingH4428 of EgyptH4714 and you will sayH559 to him, ‘The LordH3068, the GodH430 of the HebrewsH5680, has metH7136 with us. So nowH6258, pleaseH4994, let us goH1980 a 18threeH7969 days’H3117 journeyH1870 into the wildernessH4057, that we may sacrificeH2076 to the LordH3068 our GodH430.’
19But I knowH3045 that the kingH4428 of EgyptH4714 19will not permitH5414 you to goH1980, 20exceptH3808 21under compulsionH2389H3027.
20So I will stretchH7971 out 22My handH3027 and strikeH5221 EgyptH4714 with allH3605 My 23miraclesH6381 whichH834 I shall doH6213 in the midstH7130 of it; and 24afterH310 that he will let you goH7971.
21I will grantH5414 thisH2088 peopleH5971 25favorH2580 in the sightH5869 of the EgyptiansH4714; and it shall be that when you goH1980, you will not goH1980 empty-handedH7387.
22But every womanH802 26shall askH7592 of her neighborH7934 and the woman who livesH1481 in her houseH1004, articlesH3627 of silverH3701 and articlesH3627 of goldH2091, and clothingH8071; and you will putH7760 them on your sonsH1121 and daughtersH1323. Thus you will 27plunderH5337 the EgyptiansH4714.”
