Exodus 14:21-29

211Then MosesH4872 stretchedH5186 out his handH3027 overH5921 the seaH3220; and the LordH3068 2sweptH1980 the seaH3220 back by a strongH5794 eastH6921 windH7307 allH3605 nightH3915 and turnedH7760 the seaH3220 into 3dryH2724 landH2724, so 4the watersH4325 were dividedH1234. 225The sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 6wentH935 throughH935 the midstH8432 of the seaH3220 on the dryH3004 landH3004, and 7the watersH4325 were like a wallH2346 to them on their rightH3225 handH3225 and on their leftH8040. 23Then 8the EgyptiansH4714 tookH7291 up the pursuitH7291, and allH3605 Pharaoh’sH6547 horsesH5483, his chariotsH7393 and his horsemenH6571 wentH935 in afterH310 them into the midstH8432 of the seaH3220. 24At the morningH1242 watchH821, 9the LordH3068 lookedH8259 downH8259 on the 10armyH4264 of the EgyptiansH4714 11through the pillarH5982 of fireH784 and cloudH6051 and broughtH2000 the 12armyH4264 of the EgyptiansH4714 into confusionH2000. 25He 13caused their chariotH4818 wheelsH212 to swerveH5493, and He made them driveH5090 with difficultyH3517; so the EgyptiansH4714 saidH559, “Let 14us fleeH5127 from IsraelH3478, 15for the LordH3068 is fightingH3898 for them against the EgyptiansH4714.”

26Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to MosesH4872, “16StretchH5186 out your handH3027 overH5921 the seaH3220 so that the watersH4325 may comeH7725 backH7725 overH5921 the EgyptiansH4714, overH5921 their chariotsH7393 and their horsemenH6571.” 27So MosesH4872 stretchedH5186 out his handH3027 overH5921 the seaH3220, and 17the seaH3220 returnedH7725 to its normalH386 stateH386 at daybreakH1242, while the EgyptiansH4714 were fleeingH5127 18rightH7122 into it; then the LordH3068 1920overthrewH5287 the EgyptiansH4714 in the midstH8432 of the seaH3220. 28The watersH4325 returnedH7725 and coveredH3680 the chariotsH7393 and the horsemenH6571, 21even Pharaoh’sH6547 entireH3605 armyH2428 that had goneH935 into the seaH3220 afterH310 them; 22not evenH5704 oneH259 of them remainedH7604. 29But the sonsH1121 of IsraelH3478 walkedH1980 on 23dryH3004 landH3004 through the midstH8432 of the seaH3220, and the watersH4325 were like a wallH2346 to them on their rightH3225 handH3225 and on their leftH8040.
