Exodus 10:4-19

4For ifH518 you refuseH3986 to letH7971 My peopleH5971 goH7971, beholdH2009, tomorrowH4279 I will bringH935 locustsH697 into your territoryH1366. 5They shall coverH3680 the surfaceH5869 of the landH776, so that noH3808 one will be ableH3201 to seeH7200 the landH776. 1They will also eatH398 the restH3499 of whatH6413 has escapedH6413--what is leftH7604 to you from the hailH1259--and they will eatH398 everyH3605 treeH6086 which sproutsH6779 for you out of the fieldH7704. 6Then 2your housesH1004 shall be filledH4390 and the housesH1004 of allH3605 your servantsH5650 and the housesH1004 of allH3605 the EgyptiansH4714, something whichH834 neitherH3808 your fathersH1 norH3808 your grandfathersH1 have seenH7200, from the dayH3117 that they 3cameH1961 upon the earthH127 untilH5704 thisH2088 dayH3117.’” And he turnedH6437 and wentH3318 out from PharaohH6547. 74Pharaoh’sH6547 servantsH5650 saidH559 to him, “HowH4970 longH5704H4970 will thisH2088 man be 5a snareH4170 to us? LetH7971 the menH376 goH7971, that they may serveH5647 the LordH3068 their GodH430. Do you not 6realizeH3045 that EgyptH4714 is destroyedH6?” 8So MosesH4872 and AaronH175 7were broughtH7725 backH7725 to PharaohH6547, and he saidH559 to them, “8GoH1980, serveH5647 the LordH3068 your GodH430! 9WhoH4310 are the ones that are goingH1980?” 9MosesH4872 saidH559, “10We shall goH1980 with our youngH5288 and our oldH2205; with our sonsH1121 and our daughtersH1323, 11with our flocksH6629 and our herdsH1241 we shall goH1980, for we 12must hold a feastH2282 to the LordH3068.” 10Then he saidH559 to them, “ThusH3651 may the LordH3068 be with you, 13ifH834 everH3512 I letH7971 you and your littleH2945 onesH2945 goH7971! TakeH7200 heedH7200, for evilH7463 is 14in your mindH6440. 11Not soH3651! GoH1980 nowH4994, the menH1397 among you, and serveH5647 the LordH3068, for 15that is what you desireH1245.” So 16they were drivenH1644 out from Pharaoh’sH6547 presenceH6440.

12Then the LordH3068 saidH559 to MosesH4872, “17StretchH5186 out your handH3027 overH5921 the landH776 of EgyptH4714 for the locustsH697, that they may comeH5927 up on the landH776 of EgyptH4714 and 18eatH398 everyH3605 plantH6212 of the landH776, even allH3605 that the hailH1259 has leftH7604.” 13So MosesH4872 stretchedH5186 out his staffH4294 overH5921 the landH776 of EgyptH4714, and the LordH3068 directedH5090 an eastH6921 windH7307 on the landH776 allH3605 that dayH3117 and allH3605 that nightH3915; and when it was morningH1242, the eastH6921 windH7307 19broughtH5375 the 20locustsH697. 1421The locustsH697 cameH5927 up overH5921 allH3605 the landH776 of EgyptH4714 and settledH5117 in allH3605 the territoryH1366 of EgyptH4714; they were veryH3966 22numerousH3515. There had neverH3808 beenH1961 soH3651 many 23locustsH697, norH3808 would there be soH3651 many 24againH310. 15For they coveredH3680 the surfaceH5869 of the wholeH3605 landH776, so that the landH776 was darkenedH2821; and they 25ateH398 everyH3605 plantH6212 of the landH776 and allH3605 the fruitH6529 of the treesH6086 that the hailH1259 had leftH3498. Thus nothingH3808H3605 greenH3418 was leftH3498 on treeH6086 or plantH6212 of the fieldH7704 through allH3605 the landH776 of EgyptH4714. 16Then PharaohH6547 hurriedlyH4116 26calledH7121 for MosesH4872 and AaronH175, and he saidH559, “27I have sinnedH2398 against the LordH3068 your GodH430 and against you. 17NowH6258 therefore, pleaseH4994 forgiveH5375 my sinH2403 onlyH389 thisH6471 onceH6471, and 28makeH6279 supplicationH6279 to the LordH3068 your GodH430, that He would onlyH7534 removeH5493 thisH2088 deathH4194 from me.” 1829He wentH3318 out from PharaohH6547 and madeH6279 supplicationH6279 to the LordH3068. 19So the LordH3068 shiftedH2015 the wind to a veryH3966 strongH2389 westH3220 windH7307 which tookH5375 up the locustsH697 and droveH8628 them into the 30RedH5488H3220 SeaH3220; not oneH259 locustH697 was leftH7604 in allH3605 the territoryH1366 of EgyptH4714.
