2 Timothy 2:20-26
20NowG1161 in a largeG3173 houseG3614 there are not onlyG3440 goldG5552 and silverG693 vesselsG4632, but alsoG2532 vessels of woodG3585 and of earthenwareG3749, and 1someG3739 to honorG5092 and someG3739 to dishonorG819.
21ThereforeG3767, ifG1437 anyoneG5100 cleansesG1571 himselfG1438 from 2theseG3778 things, he will be a vesselG4632 for honorG5092, sanctifiedG37, usefulG2173 to the MasterG1203, 3preparedG2090 for everyG3956 goodG18 workG2041.
22NowG1161 4fleeG5343 from youthfulG3512 lustsG1939 and pursueG1377 righteousnessG1343, 5faithG4102, loveG26 and peaceG1515, with thoseG3588 who 6callG1941 on the LordG2962 7from a pureG2513 heartG2588.
23But refuseG3868 foolishG3474 and ignorantG521 8speculationsG2214, knowingG3609 that they 9produceG1080 10quarrelsG3163.
2411The Lord’sG2962 bond-servantG1401 mustG1163 not be quarrelsomeG3164, but be kindG2261 to allG3956, 12ableG1317 to teachG1317, patientG420 whenG420 wrongedG420,
2513with gentlenessG4240 correctingG3811 thoseG3588 who are in oppositionG475, 14ifG3379 perhapsG3379 GodG2316 may grantG1325 them repentanceG3341 leadingG1519 to 15the knowledgeG1922 of the truthG225,
26and they may comeG366 to their sensesG366 and escape from 16the snareG3803 of the devilG1228, having been 17heldG2221 captiveG2221 18by him to do his willG2307.
