2sayingλέγωνlegōnG3004to them,“GoπορεύεσθεporeuestheG4198into the villageκώμηνkōmēnG2968oppositeκατέναντιkatenantiG2713you, and immediatelyG2117you will findεὑρήσετεheurēseteG2147a donkeyὄνονononG3688tiedδεδεμένηνdedemenēnG1210thereand a coltπῶλονpōlonG4454with her; untieλύσαντεςlusantesG3089them and bringἀγάγετέagageteG71them to Me.

3IfἐάνeanG1437anyoneτιςtisG5100saysG3004anythingτι,tiG5100to you, you shall sayG3004, ‘The LordκύριοςkuriosG2962hasἔχει,echeiG2192needχρείανchreianG5532of them,’ and immediatelyG2117he will sendἀποστελεῖaposteleiG649them.”

4ThisΤοῦτοToutoG3778tookG1096placeG1096to fulfillπληρωθῇplērōthēaG4137whatG3588was spokenλέγοντος·legontosG3004throughδιὰdiaG1223the prophetπροφήτουprophētouG4396:

5“SayG3004to the daughterθυγατρὶthugatriG2364of ZionΣιών·SiōnG4622, ‘BeholdἰδοὺidouG2400your KingβασιλεύςbasileusG935is comingἔρχεταίerchetaiG2064to you,GentleG4239,and mountedἐπιβεβηκὼςepibebēkōsG1910on a donkeyὄνονononG3688,EvenG2532on a coltπῶλονpōlonG4454,the foalυἱὸνhuionG5207of a beastG5268of burdenG5268.’”

6The disciplesμαθηταὶmathētaiG3101wentΠορευθέντεςPoreuthentesG4198and didποιήσαντεςpoiēsantesG4160justκαθὼςkathōsG2531as JesusἸησοῦς,IēsousG2424had instructedσυνέταξενsunetaxenG4929them,

7and broughtἤγαγονēgagonG71the donkeyὄνονononG3688and the coltπῶλονpōlonG4454,and laidἐπέθηκανepethēkanG2007their coatsG2440on them; and He satἐπεκάθισενepekathisenG1940onthe coatsG2440.

8MostG4183of the crowdὄχλοςochlosG3793spreadἔστρωσανestrōsanG4766their coatsἱμάτιαhimatiaG2440in the roadὁδῷ,hodōG3598,and othersἄλλοιalloiG243were cuttingἔκοπτονekoptonG2875branchesκλάδουςkladousG2798from the treesδένδρωνdendrōnG1186and spreadingἐστρώννυονestrōnnuonG4766them in the roadὁδῷ.hodōG3598.

9The crowdsὄχλοιochloiG3793goingG4254aheadG4254of Him, and thoseG3588who followedἀκολουθοῦντεςakolouthountesG190,were shoutingἔκραζονekrazonG2896, “HosannaὡσαννὰhōsannaG5614to theSonυἱῷhuiōG5207of DavidG1160;BlessedεὐλογημένοςeulogēmenosG2127is He who comesἐρχόμενοςerchomenosG2064in the nameὀνόματιonomatiG3686of the Lordκυρίου,kuriouG2962;HosannaὡσαννὰhōsannaG5614in the highestὑψίστοις.¶hupsistoisG5310!”
