4‘Thusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541saysאָמַ֨ר'a.MarH559the Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478, “BeholdH2009, I am about toturnמֵסֵב֮me.SevH5437backH5437the weaponsכְּלֵ֣יke.LeiH3627of warהַמִּלְחָמָה֮ha.mil.cha.MahH4421whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834are in your handsבְּיֶדְכֶם֒be.yed.KhemH3027,with whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834you are warringנִלְחָמִ֣יםnil.cha.MimH3898againstH854the kingמֶ֤לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Babylonבָּבֶל֙ba.VelH894and the Chaldeansהַכַּשְׂדִּ֔יםha.kas.DimH3778who are besiegingהַצָּרִ֣ים עֲלֵיכֶ֔םha.tza.Rim 'a.lei.KhemH6696 H5921you outsideמִח֖וּץmi.ChutzH4480 H2351the wallלַֽחוֹמָ֑הla.cho.MahH2346; and I willgatherוְאָסַפְתִּ֣יve.'a.saf.TiH622them into the centerתּ֖וֹךְTokhH8432of thisH2088cityהָעִ֥ירha.'IrH5892.

5IMyselfאֲנִי֙'a.NiH589will warוְנִלְחַמְתִּ֤יve.nil.cham.TiH3898againstאִתְּכֶ֔ם'i.te.KhemH854you with anoutstretchedנְטוּיָ֖הne.tu.YahH5186handבְּיָ֥דbe.YadH3027and a mightyחֲזָקָ֑הcha.za.KahH2389armוּבִזְר֣וֹעַu.viz.Ro.a'H2220, even inangerוּבְאַ֥ףu.ve.'AfH639and wrathוּבְחֵמָ֖הu.ve.che.MahH2534and greatגָּדֽוֹל׃ga.DolH1419indignationוּבְקֶ֥צֶףu.ve.Ke.tzefH7110.

6I will also strikeוְהִכֵּיתִ֗יve.hi.kei.TiH5221downH5221the inhabitantsיֽוֹשְׁבֵי֙yo.she.VeiH3427of thisH2088cityהָעִ֣ירha.'IrH5892,both manהָאָדָ֖םha.'a.DamH120and beastהַבְּהֵמָ֑הha.be.he.MahH929;they will dieיָמֻֽתוּ׃ya.Mu.tuH4191of a greatגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419pestilenceבְּדֶ֥בֶרbe.De.verH1698.

7Then afterwardsוְאַחֲרֵי־ כֵ֣ןve.'a.cha.rei- khenH310 H3651,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֡הYah.wehH3068, “I will giveאֶתֵּ֣ן'e.TenH5414over Zedekiahצִדְקִיָּ֣הוּtzid.ki.Ya.huH6667kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֣הye.hu.DahH3063and his servantsעֲבָדָ֣יו׀'a.va.DavH5650and the peopleהָעָ֡םha.'AmH5971,even those who surviveהַנִּשְׁאָרִים֩ha.nish.'a.RimH7604in thisH2088cityבָּעִ֨ירba.'IrH5892from the pestilenceהַדֶּ֣בֶר׀ha.De.verH1698,the swordהַחֶ֣רֶבha.Che.revH2719and the famineהָרָעָ֗בha.ra.'AvH7458,into the handבְּיַד֙be.YadH3027of Nebuchadnezzarנְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣רne.vu.khad.re.TzarH5019kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֔לba.VelH894,and into the handוּבְיַד֙u.ve.YadH3027of their foesH340and into the handוּבְיַ֖דu.ve.YadH3027of those who seekמְבַקְשֵׁ֣יme.vak.SheiH1245their livesנַפְשָׁ֑םnaf.ShamH5315;and he will strikeוְהִכָּ֣םve.hi.KamH5221them downH5221with the edgeלְפִי־le.fi-H6310of the swordחֶ֔רֶבChe.revH2719. Hewill not spareיָח֣וּסya.ChusH2347them norH3808haveH2550pityיַחְמֹ֖לyach.MolH2550norH3808compassionיְרַחֵֽם׃ye.ra.ChemH7355.”’

9He whodwellsהַיֹּשֵׁב֙hai.yo.ShevH3427in thisH2088cityבָּעִ֣ירba.'IrH5892will dieיָמ֕וּתya.MutH4191by theswordבַּחֶ֖רֶבba.Che.revH2719and by famineוּבָרָעָ֣בu.va.ra.'AvH7458and by pestilenceוּבַדָּ֑בֶרu.va.Da.verH1698;but he who goesוְהַיּוֹצֵא֩ve.hai.yo.Tze'H3318out and fallsוְנָפַ֨לve.na.FalH5307awayH5307to the Chaldeansהַכַּשְׂדִּ֜יםha.kas.DimH3778who are besiegingהַצָּרִ֤יםha.tza.RimH6696 H5921you will liveוְחָיָ֔הve.cha.yahH2421,and he will haveוְהָֽיְתָה־ve.ha.ye.tah-H1961his own lifeנַפְשׁ֖וֹnaf.ShoH5315as bootyלְשָׁלָֽל׃le.sha.LalH7998.

10For I havesetשַׂ֣מְתִּיSam.tiH7760My faceפָ֠נַיFa.naiH6440against thisH2088cityבָּעִ֨ירba.'IrH5892forharmH7463and not for goodH2899,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the Lordיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068. “It will begivenתִּנָּתֵ֔ןti.na.TenH5414into the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of the kingמֶ֤לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Babylonבָּבֶל֙ba.VelH894and he willburnוּשְׂרָפָ֖הּu.se.ra.FahH8313it with fireבָּאֵֽשׁ׃ סba.'EshH784.”’
