4this is whatכֹּֽה־koh-H3541the LORDיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל הִנְנִ֣יYis.ra.'El hi.NiH3478H2005,saysאָמַ֨ר'a.MarH559: ‘I will turnמֵסֵב֮me.SevH5437against youאֶת־'et-H853the weaponsכְּלֵ֣יke.LeiH3627of warהַמִּלְחָמָה֮ha.mil.cha.MahH4421אֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834in your handsבְּיֶדְכֶם֒be.yed.KhemH3027,with whichאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834youאַתֶּ֜ם'a.TemH859are fightingנִלְחָמִ֣יםnil.cha.MimH3898אֶת־'et-H854the kingמֶ֤לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Babylonבָּבֶל֙ וְאֶת־ba.Vel ve.'EtH894H854and the Chaldeansהַכַּשְׂדִּ֔יםha.kas.DimH3778who besiegeהַצָּרִ֣יםha.tza.RimH6696youעֲלֵיכֶ֔ם'a.lei.KhemH5921outsideמִח֖וּץmi.ChutzH2351the wallלַֽחוֹמָ֑הla.cho.MahH2346,and I will assembleוְאָסַפְתִּ֣יve.'a.saf.TiH622their forcesאוֹתָ֔ם'o.TamH853inאֶל־'el-H413the centerתּ֖וֹךְTokhH8432of thisהַזֹּֽאת׃ha.ZotH2063cityהָעִ֥ירha.'IrH5892.
5And I Myselfאֲנִי֙'a.NiH589will fightוְנִלְחַמְתִּ֤יve.nil.cham.TiH3898against youאִתְּכֶ֔ם'i.te.KhemH854with an outstretchedנְטוּיָ֖הne.tu.YahH5186handבְּיָ֥דbe.YadH3027and a mightyחֲזָקָ֑הcha.za.KahH2389armוּבִזְר֣וֹעַu.viz.Ro.a'H2220,with angerוּבְאַ֥ףu.ve.'AfH639,furyוּבְחֵמָ֖הu.ve.che.MahH2534,and greatגָּדֽוֹל׃ga.DolH1419wrathוּבְקֶ֥צֶףu.ve.Ke.tzefH7110.
6I will strike downוְהִכֵּיתִ֗יve.hi.kei.TiH5221אֶת־'et-H853the residentsיֽוֹשְׁבֵי֙yo.she.VeiH3427of thisהַזֹּ֔אתha.ZotH2063וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853cityהָעִ֣ירha.'IrH5892,both manהָאָדָ֖םha.'a.DamH120וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853and beastהַבְּהֵמָ֑הha.be.he.MahH929.They will dieיָמֻֽתוּ׃ya.Mu.tuH4191in a terribleגָּד֖וֹלga.DolH1419plagueבְּדֶ֥בֶרbe.De.verH1698.’
7‘After thatוְאַחֲרֵי־ כֵ֣ןve.'a.cha.rei- khenH310H3651,’declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֡הYah.wehH3068, ‘I will hand overאֶתֵּ֣ן'e.TenH5414אֶת־'et-H853Zedekiahצִדְקִיָּ֣הוּtzid.ki.Ya.huH6667kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֣הye.hu.DahH3063וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853,his officersעֲבָדָ֣יו׀'a.va.DavH5650וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853,and the peopleהָעָ֡םha.'AmH5971וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853in thisהַזֹּ֜את מִן־ha.Zot min-H2063H4480cityבָּעִ֨ירba.'IrH5892who surviveהַנִּשְׁאָרִים֩ha.nish.'a.RimH7604the plagueהַדֶּ֣בֶר׀ מִן־ha.De.ver min-H1698H4480and swordהַחֶ֣רֶב וּמִן־ha.Che.rev u.min-H2719H4480and famineהָרָעָ֗בha.ra.'AvH7458,toבְּיַד֙be.YadH3027Nebuchadnezzarנְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֣רne.vu.khad.re.TzarH5019kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֔לba.VelH894and toוּבְיַד֙u.ve.YadH3027their enemiesאֹֽיְבֵיהֶ֔ם וּבְיַ֖ד'o.ye.vei.Hem u.ve.YadH341H3027who seekמְבַקְשֵׁ֣יme.vak.SheiH1245their livesנַפְשָׁ֑םnaf.ShamH5315.He will put themוְהִכָּ֣םve.hi.KamH5221to the swordלְפִי־ חֶ֔רֶבle.fi- Che.revH6310H2719;he will notלֹֽא־lo'-H3808spareיָח֣וּסya.ChusH2347themעֲלֵיהֶ֔ם'a.lei.HemH5921orוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808show pityיַחְמֹ֖לyach.MolH2550orוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808compassionיְרַחֵֽם׃ye.ra.ChemH7355.’
8Furthermore, you are to tellוְאֶל־ תֹּאמַ֔רve.'el- to.MarH559H413thisהַזֶּה֙ha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֤םha.'AmH5971that this is whatכֹּ֖הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: ‘Beholdהִנְנִ֤יhi.NiH2005,I setנֹתֵן֙no.TenH5414beforeלִפְנֵיכֶ֔םlif.nei.KhemH6440youאֶת־'et-H853the wayדֶּ֥רֶךְDe.rekhH1870of lifeהַחַיִּ֖יםha.chai.YimH2416וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853and the wayדֶּ֥רֶךְDe.rekhH1870of deathהַמָּֽוֶת׃ha.Ma.vetH4194.
9Whoever staysהַיֹּשֵׁב֙hai.yo.ShevH3427in thisהַזֹּ֔אתha.ZotH2063cityבָּעִ֣ירba.'IrH5892will dieיָמ֕וּתya.MutH4191by swordבַּחֶ֖רֶבba.Che.revH2719and famineוּבָרָעָ֣בu.va.ra.'AvH7458and plagueוּבַדָּ֑בֶרu.va.Da.verH1698,but whoever goes outוְהַיּוֹצֵא֩ve.hai.yo.Tze'H3318and surrendersוְנָפַ֨לve.na.FalH5307toעַל־'al-H5921the Chaldeansהַכַּשְׂדִּ֜יםha.kas.DimH3778who besiegeהַצָּרִ֤יםha.tza.RimH6696youעֲלֵיכֶם֙'a.lei.KhemH5921will liveוְחָיָ֔הve.cha.yahH2421;he will retainוְהָֽיְתָה־ve.ha.ye.tah-H1961hislifeנַפְשׁ֖וֹnaf.ShoH5315like a spoil of warלְשָׁלָֽל׃le.sha.LalH7998.
10Forכִּ֣יkiH3588I have setשַׂ֣מְתִּיSam.tiH7760My faceפָ֠נַיFa.naiH6440against thisהַזֹּ֧אתha.ZotH2063cityבָּעִ֨ירba.'IrH5892to bring disasterלְרָעָ֛הle.ra.'AhH7451and notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808goodלְטוֹבָ֖הle.to.VahH2896,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068.It will be deliveredתִּנָּתֵ֔ןti.na.TenH5414into the handבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of the kingמֶ֤לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Babylonבָּבֶל֙ba.VelH894,who will destroy itוּשְׂרָפָ֖הּu.se.ra.FahH8313with fireבָּאֵֽשׁ׃ סba.'EshH784.’
