Malachi 1:2-5
I have lovedH157 you, saith Jehovah; but ye sayH559, Wherein hast thou lovedH157 us? Was not EsauH6215 Jacob's brotherH251? saith Jehovah, and I lovedH157 JacobH3290,
and I hatedH8130 EsauH6215; and madeH7760 his mountainsH2022 a desolationH8077, and [gave] his inheritanceH5159 to the jackals of the wildernessH4057.
If EdomH123 sayH559, We are brokenH2040 downH2040, but we will buildH1129 again the ruined placesH2723, — thusH3541 saith Jehovah of hostsH6635: They shall buildH1129, but I will throw down; and [men] shall callH7121 them the territoryH1366 of wickednessH7564, and the peopleH5971 against whom Jehovah hath indignation for everH5769.
And your eyesH5869 shall seeH7200 [it], and ye shall sayH559, Jehovah is magnifiedH1431 beyond the borderH1366 of IsraelH3478.
