16Whoever blasphemesוְנֹקֵ֤בve.no.KevH5344the nameשֵׁם־shem-H8034of the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068must surely be put to deathH4191;the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605assemblyהָעֵדָ֑הha.'e.DahH5712must surely stoneH7275him,whether he is a foreign residentכַּגֵּר֙ka.GerH1616or nativeכָּֽאֶזְרָ֔חka.'ez.RachH249;if he blasphemesבְּנָקְבוֹ־be.nak.vo-H5344the Nameשֵׁ֖םshemH8034,he must be put to deathH4191.
